I've bough a lenovo laptop from BWCL and very happy with the BWCL services. Apart from selling world class product in reasonable price they provide excellent customer service. I was not in UK and encountered a problem with the Fan in my laptop, I contacted BWCL management and their CS staff in no time provided me all the info to get the problem resolved. I was not carrying Invoice with me and they even provided the copy of same immediately so that I can avail the international warranty facility provided with the product. With my experience I recommend every one to buy product from BWCL.

BWCL is very clear and helpful to a computer dummy like me stuck in Japan where i can only get Japanese versions of everything! Excellent tech service.

Got UK keyboards/language...the lot. Plus very helpful on the hardware for my number crunching and high-end graphics usage.

Only downside...email rpelies took a while

Spoke to BWCL on two occasions because I was unsure about specs, answered phone immediately, informative replies. Customer service and follow up absolutely first class. Delivered next day. Very impressed.

Exceptional customer service and dedication to orders placed with an excellent sense of urgency. Managed my international order wonderfully. The BWCL team took care of every minor detail and concern, and came through very professional putting the customer's needs first. I Highly recommend BWCL.
