Really i felt very bad of buying this culprit product of electrolux..Cat u read or waste of sending the email also..See the email below when i send the email and till now no action..people who called me they said they are the area inchargers in bangalore, but simply waste of time no use of call also. U make to throw the Electroluc fridge in DUST BIN, coz of choosing this product. Seems need to promote abt this product to every one in news paper of some other way..this much irritation i got... “Product almost as bad as the service”

Product has produced error codes since the week it arrived. Electrolux and Lowes refused to replace the unit. Now after two years, the product will not even operate without $200 of electronic component replacements. Eelectrolux still refuses to accept responsibility for the problems, and has a paper trail to prove the product failures since initial delivery. Way too much money for an inferior product. Yes I agree 100% this dishwasher is a piece of rubbish, it looks great and the sound is quite, so it would be great for a show room where it does not have to function, ours started leaking about the second month we had it and it never did clean good like it was not getting enough rinse water
now the washer motor is gone out and you can look all over the internet and see the same problems should be a recall!!!!

“Problems and Warranty”

We have had our dishwasher for a little over two years now, and we have had problems since the first year. The washer pump was replaced because dishes were not being cleaned. Although, it is suppose to be energy efficient unit, I would disagree agree with this feature. We had several technicians tell us to run the hot water for 5 minutes before turning on the unit to wash the dishes, this is because the unit needs the water to be at a certain temperature otherwise, the dishes will not clean... “Dish washer that does not wash”

Since day one the washer had problems with leaky water pump and door seals and never did clean good always dry soap and food on door we have tried every setting does not make a differance, it looks good but thats about it I have been looking for a recall on it hoping Electrolux would come clean knowing it does not work proper. We would give no stars for durability and value for money if the system would let us!

We purchased our Electrolux dishwasher about a year and a half ago. Just a couple of months past the 1 year warranty, we started having problems. It has now failed for the third time! On the first problem we encountered, parts were covered by Elextrolux. While we felt like a dishwasher that cost well over $1,000 should last more than a year, we were grateful assistance was provided. ... (read more)

The electrolux EIDW is really really BAD - 100% of the time, dirty dishes that are soapy and rusty is what you get for a very expensive and Frigidaire's top of the line dishwasher = useless dishwasher... DO NOT BUY!!!

Motor too weak, so yes quiet, but does not wash dishes at all, nor rinces them - non stainless screws everywhere that rust so badly you get literally rivers of rust - soap dispenser tray to close to upper dish tray and does not open properly, only partially, and therefore... (read more)

We bought this Electrolux EIDW6305GS1 Dishwasher because of its look and innovative technology (movable upper trey). Right away one of the ribbons that seals the door started moving around, which caused the lower trey to get stuck. We called Electrolux, they sent a technician which put thick yellow glue and said that there is nothing that can really be done because Electrolux has the hinges on the lower trey to be in the outside of the trey which causes the trey to touch the sealing ribbons...
