Very Hard to Explain how I feel. I am happy with this company but for many different reasons than you may expect.
I am on Google so that is something that is fantastic especially for a small business like mine, however in terms of results well I didnt recieve any within the first Two weeks. I tried contacting the organisation to change the phrases; seemed hard to get through, but i eventually Did.
I understand they would be really busy dealing with other phone calls, so i changed my phrases after picking them with the Technical team; and hey I got enquiries. !!
I think it is all about the Right Phrases most of the Time. And I am happy that now I can stay with this company, and Stay on Google.

Just hard to get through to them. Paitence and lots of it

I think that dot com chrome has brought alot of business to my company. They helped advise me on my best adwords and put them straight on to google. I will be staying with them as they are good value for money in the credit crunch! I have recommened them to other companys that i think will benefit from google, and will keep recommending them. I have been with them for 4 months now and wouldnt think of going to any other company.

Terrible company. Promise one thing, deliver nothing and keep taking your money as long as they can then abuse you when you finally figure out how to end your contract with them

I am quite shocked to read negative posts about this company, I have been with them about 3months now and have not had one problem with them. I have to admit the first few weeks I didn't get as many enquiries as suggested by the sales man, but i stuck with it and find i get at least four new customers per week for the advertising. Just wanted to let you know that there are a lot of happy customers at dotcom chrome, and i'm definately one of them!!!

This company are dangerous crooks. Do not touch them. The service that they offer does not exist. They will take your money and not deliver anything. If you complain they will make threatening phone calls (which are now the subject of a police investigation). Do not give them any money and do not have anything to do with them. Dishonest bullies.

i have been with dot-com chrome for over 9months now, and i can positivly say it is fantastic. i have a nightclub in manchester and a hotel in west london. both my venues are generating enquiries, Fantastic service and results. and would recomend this to any organisation around the world. i see reviews made from australi and canada; that just goes to show they are worldwide and what there offering you would not get anywhere else.

Very disappointed in this service, Husband got a phone call to advertise with them on a months trail or so we thought, They were all about us when we accepted but now we are trying to cancel they have given us no support, 3 months ('510) later and no improvement on our business, It is so frustrating for me and very unprofessional from the company not to help someone who really wants to cancel and it has been of no benefit to our business. I use them for my computer support business and to date they have been excellent. I went for the 5 keywords per month package to start with and have now also got a long term SEO package. I think its working well as 60-70% of people that call in say they found us via Google using the words we selected so I have paid for a further year of service. I woudl recommend them, like any business if it is working its great!

Excellent Service from Day one. excuse my sceptisism but im sure you wont mind as it would be a free advertisment for you but would you care to name the canadian investment co so as i can see for myself if you apear.

its great to see you have time during the day to be answering my questions for this company which does not seem to have a google adwords professional or have any google qualification. unfortunetly i can only get to type this late at night in my spare time.

ok i see its a local review that your paying $500 a month for. do you mind me asking what keyword phrases you have then. As it seems exspensive for local search. ie lets say flooring contractor kent is one of the keyword phrases unfortunetly there is only 30 searches a month for that phrase and it only costs 5p a click.

perhaps you might enlighten me or possibly type into google adwords yourself the keyword phrases you have and see how often they are searched and how much the cost per clicks ar ...

can any one of the reviewers tell me which 5 keyword phrase you gey for 125 per month at guaranteed first page. like could i have pension schemes, injury claims, divorce solicitor,personal injury claims,accident claims as my 5 keywords phrases for 125 pounds or would it be 5 keyword phrases picked by dotcom chrome. Please advise a concerned google adwords qualified professional.

its great to finally post some positive comments online! dotcom chrome. first class. I get calls about Google all day every day, somethign told me to give these guys a chance and I have never looked back, £500 per month is what I pay and id pay double if they asked for it. quality service and support from day 1. much obliged guys.

Dot Com Chrome gave excellent service from day 1, i now run adowrds with them and gold seo package for another website i have. There cancellation terms seem fair to me, 30 days written notice after the initial 1 months trial if i want to close the account completely, but I can pause it at any time as long as i restart within 3 moonths.
