They were so friendly on the phone when they were taking my payment and then nothing happened. I got the confirmation emails of what they were going to do which was full of errors to which you can only talk to them by phoning a £1.50 per minute number. Even then no changes were made. They tell you that to cancel you have to write in and then they never receive the letter. I had to cancel my card otherwise they would have kept billing me.
