These people were really friendly and helpful , I have no problem with them. Offered me a custom making service, did all the calculations needed to work out how much fabric I needed, pleasent and polite to talk to, they told me it would be a while before I got my curtains, and when they arrived the quality was fabulous. if you want something done fast and poor quality, go somewhere else, but if you want superb quality goods, shop with Moodbox!!! :) I am quite happy with these people and will buy from them again.

I ordered some fabric from Moodbox.co.uk for my soon-to-be-born baby's room. When they said it would not be available before the baby was born, they sent me loads of samples of alterantive fabrics that they did have in stock or could get quicker, all free of charge, and I chose one which arrived in less than a week. I was disappointed that my original choice was going to take so long, but they went out of their way to help me choose another fabric and the customer service was absolutely brillian ...

Do you want it fast or would you rather have it cheap? That what it comes down to. I had to wait a few weeks for my material from Moodbox but it was almost half the price of my local fabric shop. A long wait is a small price to pay for saving such a lot of money I think!

Well I have ordered from Moodbox twice and got my goods in less than a week the first time, and just over a week the second time! I have no complaints, and am happy to recommend them to anyone.

I agree with the people who said the positive things. The girl on the phone was so helpful and the prices are just brilliant, pounds cheaper than my local shops and even big shops like John Lewis. So you have to wait a while, so what, you save loads of money!! I think it's well unfair to blame Moodbox for how petty Sanderson and Harlequin are being. I think everyone should buy from Moodbox, then we can keep getting our goods at great prices, when they told me what Sanderson are trying to do, ...

I have just received my further order from moodbox - fast efficient service and unbelievable prices. I understand the problems Moodbox are having with Harlequin and Sanderson are that these 2 companies are trying to shut all accounts down on the internet who sell their products and are trying their level best to price fix their products by selling through shops only. I ordered some harlequin wallpaper in july 09. after two weeks i phoned Moodbox to see where the item was. I was told they purchase through a third party so it could be 5-6 weeks until delivery. I wasnt too happy but waited the further 4 weeks. no sign of wallpaper again. I called and was told they were expecting it to be another 2-3 weeks. I am in the exactly the same situation, I ordered some Sandersons Fabric from Moodbox, did not arrive and am still waiting for my refund 8 weeks later. I cannot understand how they can fob you off so much and not feel any guilt.

Whatever you do please do not use this company as you will never see your fabric or refund when they tell you they cant get hold of it!

DO NOT BUY FROM MOODBOX! They claim to be able to supply Sanderson fabric, but Sanderson have refused to supply them any more. To get round this, when pressed on where my order was, they admitted that they now order through a third party which can take several weeks. As they hadn't even placed my order two weeks after paying, they offered me a refund.
