The White Hart is a fantastic old pub, situated right at the end of White Hart Lane, near Barnes Bridge. The pub is great, full of old character. Outside they have a decking area which overlooks the Thames, and just below, there is an additional seating area right on the bank.

Inside, you'd be mistaken for thinking you're travelling back in time, to a place when pubs were real pubs! It looks fantastic. The decor is styled around the Oxford and Cambridge boat race which travels right past the pub once a year. There is a fantastic looking circular bar in the middle of the pub. The food and drink on offer is great, with plenty of options to choose from. There is a mixture of traditional pub food, but also the choice of something a bit more gourmet. The staff have always been pleasant and service quick.

My only criticism, although a small one, is that they don't have their own parking. If you've travelled by car to get there, then expect to go for a little drive up the local streets searching for a parking space.
