I was advised when they would be delivered and, when there was a slight problem which was going to delay the delivery by one day, this situation was fully discussed with me. An hour before arrival, as promised, the delivery man telephoned to give me his time of delivery, and he stuck to this. He was friendly and efficient. Racheal in customer services was brilliant, many of the reviews talk about long waits for furniture... Well thats right it is, but if you call them prior to ordering and find out when it will be delivered then what else is there to moan about. The furniture is fantastic, they do the best they can and keep people informed. My advice is call them up give them the product codes, see when the items are due in and then wait. After a lot of emails and calls informing me of delays, I have received most of the furniture today but I am still missing an item that will not arrive until mid June! 6 months to get the furniture is just ridiculous! On top of that, there was no flexibility with delivery dates. I was given a date and that was the only date that the drivers were in my area. They have informed me now it arrived in dock on the 18th march it will then take 7 days to clear customs ,then another 7 days to my doorstep. If you want any furniture quickly, don't order from this company!!! Just had exactly the same experience. 20 weeks after order and payment I recieved half of the order and the dressing table arrived broken and draws filthy. [Name removed] in the office is rude and extremely unhelpful and refused to put me through to a manager on a number of occasions. Ask to speak to [name removed] not sure what she can do but she was able to give me a refund .... Well I am waiting for it ..... Oh and to add to this laughable service they tried to charge me a restocking fee for an item I still haven't recieved!!!!

This company are absolute cowboys. The furniture looks quite pretty on their website, but the furniture when it arrives is of poor quality, made of cheap materials, and rapidly falls apart. Any attempt to speak to their 'customer service' is like speaking to a brick wall - their watchword seems to be to never apologize, never explain, and to refuse any refund or exchange before the customer has even finished their opening sentence.
