    I'm a mid 50's granny with glaucoma and other health problems so a mobile phone is a life -line for me in many ways.

    I've tried many mobile phones but just cant remember how to use them,cant read the text messages and quite honestly if my life depended on my phone I'd be dead.

    That was until recently I found a little beauty called : ALCATEL OT-S319

    A small slimline phone which fits into the palm of your hand easily , has a flip up cover and comes in pink or black, and it does exactly what I want it to do which is:

    1: Receive and make calls easily .
    2: Send and recieve texts messages without fuss.
    3: It has two games,
    4: Around 10 ring tones.
    5: It has a good number of pictures for you to set when opening the phone.
    6: It stores numbers without fuss.
    7: It vibrates for us hard of hearing to .
    8: Has a calculator.
    9: Access WAP (whatever that is)
    10: and has an alarm clock .

    This phone would be great for a first time phone owner,a youngster aged around 8-10 years old who needs an emergency phone or for the over 50s who like myself just cant understand the things.

    And what was the cost of this brilliant little phone?

    Just under a tenner !!! a whole £9:50 pence ..........yes, you read right Nine pounds and fifty pence from my local orange shop .

    Having a husband and son who have all the latest phone stuff and who can fly around the world on the net at the drop of a hat , take photos and do all sorts of other things is great FOR THEM , but if I want the Internet I have a lap-top and a main computer , if I want a camera I have a SLR and a mini digital recording camers .......all I wanted is a phone.

    And this little phone with its pink casing ( yes I chose the pretty pink colour) does all I want , looks very neat and whats the best of all .........this lady can actually use it on her own , thank the lord.

LG KT520 review - Really do hope this is just a one off bad phone that i have got because i do like the phone but it is far from acceptable for it to have gone wrong like this after just 2 weeks.

The phone is a stylish, clever little phone that has excellent features and is extremely useful. The 3.2 megapixel camera is really good and the images appear clear on computer screens. The Music Player and Radio can be accessed easily by a clever little slider on the front of the phone which is capable of holding up to 400 tracks on the memory card provided with the phone. I found the screen freezes for a few seconds every now and again and after about 9 months the battery life becomes...

I myself had this Samsung Tocco phone for about 5 months, when i got it i really liked it, enjoyed the touchscreen, had fun with the widgets, and unfortunately, that's about it. I don't get bored of things that easy, but this became a very boring phone, it is to basic, you look at it in pictures and in videos, it looks like a smart and really stylish phone that will have applications, things that make it unique to being a touchscreen phone.

I expected it to atleast have a drawing mode...

N85 is a great mobile! It has many good features such as 5.0 megapixels camera, GPS, map and HSPDA 3.6mbps. The best price i found is online. They also got plenty of Nokia mobile phones.

So far as battery is concern now it depends on the non- genuineness of the battery and if the battery is genuine
There will be no problem. If the battery is genuine the talk time can go 7 hour or more.
Normally the sales men or shop keeper replace the original genuine battery with non - genuine battery with the sets and sell the original battery on a heavy price.

So far as the software update is also available if you have the original genuine CD of Motorola software...
