i loved amelie rose when i first went in to try on dresses. they were really helpful. i paid in full for my dress and a bridesmaid dress and left happy. i now feel however that once they had my money they were not bothered any more. i went back to buy shoes and the lady gave me the complete wrong information about dying the shoes and i ended up waiting from november when i ordered them until may when i finally collected them for my shoes to be correct. every time they promised to call they never did and never once apologised. i felt really let down. my dresses were a month late with no explanation. it is meant to be special when you try on your dress but i felt like i was hassling them and they had run out of dress bags so i had to take my dress home in a black bin bag!! i got married abroad and had them pack my dress for me. when my brodesmaid collected the dresses they kept my dress bag (which i had had to buy for myself) and since i have been back i have tried to ring them continuously and had no reply and even popped up there but they were shut with no signs up.

I was surprised and pleasantly shocked at the care and dedication i received from all the staff at Amelie Rose Bridal i was very unsure as to what type of dress would suit me and i definatley was on a very tight budget but they still treated me as if i had all the money in the world.
i was told i could take as much time as i needed and if i wanted to i could try on every dress in their shop !!!
i was in the shop for well over an hour and not once was i made to feel i was wasting anyones time the ...

I went to Amelie Rose Bridal in April 2009 to get my bridesmaids dresses. The service was bad from start to finish. I had to ask someone to come over and measure my bridesmaid and they couldn't offer any advice on alterations. I bought the dresses paying a 50% deposit by card, the dresses turned up two weeks ago - I had to call the shop to check if the dresses were in as they didn't call me as they promised and worse still they said I had to come in and pay cash for the rest, if I didn't pay c ...
