“Superb service and great value”

AOS's site was easy to use and I quickly found what I was looking for (Dustbin Lids to use on my water butts). They were a good price and I ordered three at 13;45 yesterday. At 13:54 I received an email from AOS to confirm that the items ordered were lids only and not the whole dustbin - very pre-emptive I thought. Having confirmed that I only wanted the lids, the order was placed and I received the goods at 08:45 TODAY. Will definitely use AOS again. (read more)

“Good Products & Prices, Poor Packing, Unknown Progress”

Hi, I liked the products and the prices were very competitive. The packing, however, could be improved. Packages rattled around the cartons. Some of the pen boxes were damaged and burst open, scattering the contents within the box. The order progress/status was not helpful: I could not track the delivery progress and the status remained 'processing', even after delivery. Hope my input helps. Regards Roger (read more)

Good coms from this company,very rapid reply to email query over whether goods were in stock before I ordered. Item which was in stock arrived by return, and promised delivery of item which was not in stock actually came the next day. Very pleased with excellent service and delivery times. Ordering was fairly straighforward, and I was able to find what I wanted. There was a good range of products and prices seemed reasonable, but it is impossible to keep track of office stationery prices these days. There was no dispatch confirmation, so I didn't know when the goods would be on their way. I was also disappointed that one of the items ordered (a box of 100 rather pricey thermal binding covers) was received un-wrapped, and was fairly 'knocked about' by the time I received it,... I ordered my calculator on Thursday 20 October and it is now Tuesday evening and delivery has not taken place. Should the calculator not have arrived yesterday or at the latest today? To be fair I think the supply cost is acceptable but delivery high when not delivering on the next working day. I will consider using AOS again. (read more)

After receiving considerable help by email to identify the precise product that I needed, I placed an order. The advice provided was clearly good because I now have the product concerned and it is EXACTLY what I needed. I ordered by email after 4.00 pm one day and the package was delivered by 2.00 pm the following day. Ordered Friday afternoon and arrived Monday morning. Product is great and arrived in perfect condition. Price was cheapest on the net or in store after a fair bit of shopping around. I order via aosonline for a business, we send out large quantities of mail outs and AOS has everything I need! It's quick and easy to search via product or product reference codes, alowwing me to order the right products. Everything is so cheap and delivery is very quick. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent website, easy to use nicely laid out. Good prices on a large product base and super fast, next day delivery on the majority of items. Only thing that I would want to change is the delivery charge on orders under a certain value, would be better if delivery was free of charge. (read more)

When I went to checkout on your website a little notification told me that if i spent 15 Pounds more I would receive free next day delivery, Brilliant we all like something for nothing so I made up the order for free postage. I placed the order at 3.30pm Monday afternoon and received the goods at 11.30am Tuesday morning, Service is definatley good enough. You are in my favourites. I had a brilliant experience with using AOS Online. I had trouble with knowing what to look for so i phoned through to customer service. They were very professional and had great knowledge of the products, also they were happy to take the time in helping me and a pleasure to talk with. AOS Online has extremly cheap prices and a excellent range of products. The website is simple to navigate and their checkout facility is very easy to use. Overall the service was excellent, and they were very helpful when i phoned their sales office who also gave me a better price than advertised on their website.
Delivery was next day as advertised and well packaged. Would certainly recommend this company if you are looking for a reliable website to buy your ink cartridges from.
