OMG!!! Cant believe this company is still aloud to have a website and sell to people, 4 Years ago I ordered a wedding guest book, feather quill pen, garter and confetti cannons. they took my money instantly and never sent me the goods, I had spoken to them and they promised they would be there! Even on the morning of the wedding they answered the phone and said they would be there by dinner time! I am just sorry i couldnt get my money back. They need to be taken to court!!! I have put one star for all because thats the lowest when really they deserve NONE!!!

I ordered my wedding dress in October. Delivery was promised to be January. I waited and waited. I was told my dress was stuck in customs but on contacting the manufacturer was told this wasn't the case. Having tracked down the official company name (Tiny Treats) on another website and reading the complaints I ended up going through Comsumer Direct. I collected my dress in April....I say 'my dress' because it wasn't. It was the shop dress and I paid full price....but at least I got it. I believe the shop has now closed leaving numerous unhappy customers.

i bought my wedding dress from the bridal lounge in ripon and i would strongly recommend the shop the staff were great very helpful suggesting dresses i might not of thought to try different styles etc i received my dress and it fit like a dream and what a beautiful dress it was. Thank you the bridal lounge you made my day extra special by helping me choose the perfect dress

I bought my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from The Bridal Lounge the service we recieved was fantastic. I did not feel rushed or pressured and some of the dresses i tried were georgeous. We were given plenty of time for all of our fittings and the staff went out of there way to make time for all of my wedding party.
I had my wedding at the begining of August and thanks to everyone at the bridal lounge we all looked fantastic.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Bridal Lounge - takes only cash now. delivers late! wrong size ordered 14 got a 12. was in the wrong packaging which was strange if it came straight from manafacturers.insisted i changed my mind which is so untrue. no sign of balero. cut out labels in the bodice but fortunately left one in the side of the skirt. who would do that theres only her in the shop? wont refund so taking her to court. have the backing of yorkshire trading standards.
please read reviews on other shop to get better picture.
i dont have a dress now for friends sons wedding, but at least it wasn't my wedding day!!!
