I was so excited when Michael Jackson announced he was going to tour again. I heard a little bit late so missed all the tickets at ticketmaster. After seaching various tickets sites I found First Serve Events had a lot of stock for all dates, so was really excited and purchased 4 tickets for the opening night.

The ticket price was obviously over face value, however the price seemed to be pretty competetive (only an extra £30 per ticket above face).

However they came into their own after the new Michael had died. They called me before to let me know the situation even before I knew he had passed away. They told me that they would keep me update with regards to refunds and other options.

I was later contacted to be told I could get a full refund or exchange the tickets for another event of equal value. In the end I decided to get a refund for 2 and exchange the other 2 for another event (in this case Miley Cyrus).

My refund was recived that day! and my tickets for Miley Cyrus will be recieved a couple weeks before the event.

I was very impressed with thier high level of customer service, and will recomend to anyone looking for sold out tickets
