I started using these sometime earlier this year and I was pleasantly surprised with how well my reptiles did with them. I got some for my beardies, and one of my tortoises. I really dig these lights and I'd recommend them for anyone who (as I did) was using mercury vapor bulbs and could not afford to replace. I find them to be a really good high output (HO) uvb source.
