    The Flight Centre were horrible. They messed up every conceivable part of the trip. They didn't provide the confirmation numbers until the last minute. Which turned out to be a disaster. We booked a trip to Croatia and the agent calls 3 weeks before departure and tells us that she and the other local agent screwed up our boat transfers. Not only had we paid for priovate trasfers, we weren't getting those... but we had to spend the night in a different city. The car services NEVER arrived, no one had our informaiton correct at the hotels, we were left on a boat pier for 3 hours, waiting 1 hour before check-in in the wrong room category and we had to pay additional fees the entire time. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THESE PEOPLE! EVER!!!! After all of our trouble and expense, they never fessed up on their constant mistakes. We spent EVERY SINGLE DAY OF OUR VACATION dealing with them and the car service and the hotel, etc. All we get back is 2 nights refund.
