I was pleasantly suprised by the way by caseworker dealt with me. I got handed a caseworker with sound knowledge and he knew all about tier 2 visas. I had been given a caseworker Mr Alan who always kept me on hold whenever I asked a question, looked to me like he was asking someone else for the answer. I had called around to 2 or 3 companies for a quote for a tier 1. Its always best to get a good idea of the prices before commiting to just one company. Also take a look at the reviews from other customers. A few companies are unheard of, and some have very bad customer ratings. I eventually went with Capital Visa because they had the best customer feedback from the reviews I have seen, and gave one of the lowest quotes for tier 1.
