“Great Student Accommodation”

I have just moved out of Central Park Towers following the end of my course. The building is the perfect accommodation as you have your own space and facilities but you have all of the other tenants to hang out with in the common room. Got on really well with all of the staff and other tenants and had no problems throught my tenancy. “Central Park Towner is the worse Student Accommodation...”

Central Park Towner is the worse Student Accommodation I've ever stayed, the people who work in the office are not kind at all, there is a lady starting with C is a very rude lady, n u need to top up ur own power key every week, in winter it cost me 80pounds per month, at last when I leave my flat, more than half of my deposite are gone, reason was my room's not clean which tooks me a day I spent cleaning my flat, n they wont give ur balance deposite back until u agreed what they took of ur... “Just completed my first year at Uni having lived at...”

Just completed my first year at Uni having lived at Central Park Towers.

Building is very sociable and have made so many good friends living there. Common room always has someone to talk to or play pool with, especially in the evenings.

Absolutely loved the accommodation, had my own kitchen and bathroom, (totally the opposite of a shared kitchen) but also had the benefit of 200 other students to mix with.

Will definately be back next year...cant wait!! (read more)

I have lived at Central Park Towers for the past three years and have really enjoyed my time here!

I found everyone to be very friendly, helpful and this includes the management staff! In my experience they were always happy to help in any situation and there was always a warden or management on hand in an emergency, for example being locked out of my room. Queries and issues regarding my room was dealt with professionally and within a sufficient timeframe.

I have just left central park after living there for the majority of my uni life. all in all the flats are of a good standard. the place is good in the sense that you can be as sociable as you wish. however the management of the flats were of great dissapointment and all in all not to a satisfactory standard. noise issues are not taken seriously and maintenance issues take a long time to resolve, if ever. for the amount of money students are paying for these flats managemnet should be on the...
