I have a ecommerce website selling fashion accessories and we always used to lots of call on our 1800 number. Needless to say, we missed a considerable incoming calls as we were only 4 in the team and we could talk to 4 at a time only. Emails didn't help much since they took lot of time. I have used so many services but nothing comes equivalent to Live2Support.Though Others are also good, Live2Support has its name because of vigorous software and consistently outstanding performance. I tried other service some them being reviewed here. LP is very good but very expensive.
Then I tried Live2Support trial version for 15 days without any any obligation and it is exceptionally the best and found more then what I am suppose to pay. Now, I have their multiple support operator login package because, if you want your business to grow with good customer service feature, then no other software, but live2support should be your option. I found this review very helpful because...i am using live2suppot's live chat software which is easy to use and cheap as compare to other companies.
