    Good Points: Light weight, small


    Bad Points: No color, no camera, slightly too dear to buy.


    General comments: Bought the R600 about 2 years ago. It's small and light great for carrying, but eventually the keypad wears down. I would only use such a phone for business related use.

    Overall I think the Ericsson R600 is good but a little too expensive for what you are getting. It should have more games, ringtones and logos for the price.

    Very happy with my Ericsson R600: efficient, good looks, light weight, good sound quality, reliable sms functions. Good battery. As I am satisfied with my own R600, bought another identical piece , a previously owned one for my wife, so I can teach here easily how to use it and chose options . One common charger at home an another one in the car.

    I have had an Ericsson R600 for less than a year.

    My main disappointment is the quality of the finish on the phone. In less than a year most of the characters on the keyboard have rubbed away and are unreadable and the paint finish on the front housing and around the lens is pealing off. The rear housing would appear to be the only part of the exterior which is made of quality material and has remained in showroom condition (and also demonstrates that the handset has not been subject to unrea ...

    When I saw the phone in the shop I thought this looks good and I needed a new phone and it was well priced. When I brought it home I thought it was amazing the options such as being able to deign your own backgrounds. But what did bother me was the ringtone options and that you have no voice recognition or an infa red option. A phone like this loses hands down to other samsung and nokia phones due to these errors. My advice dont buy this phone!!!!

    The phone doesn't work full stop
    no ringtones
    no logos
    no battery time
    it is just shocking i don't know how they can sell a phone with this many obvious problems i will never buy another ericsson and i urge you not to aswell

    no ringtones, no logos, limited battery time, ericsson refuses to do anything about the fact that i can only have it on for about 3 hours all up i am not impressed with the phone or ericsson the design is good but thats about it.

    Very satisfied with the phone no problems with the sms or the software. Probably because Ericsson worked on all these problems.

    Big screen, very light weight, nice design, super reception quality, GPRS
    The 700Mah Acu. is quite small only about 67 hours in standby with 40 minutes talked AND the LEFT/RIGHT button that never works efficiently....

    It's not a good phone- take my advice, don't get it!
    It's not one of the cheapest phones out, and wait til you hear this:
    The ringtones that come with it are really dodgy, and it's always playing up. It turns off and then on again by itself for no reason and the screen freezes sometimes and then none of the buttons will work. Have to take out the battery to get it going again.
    People have received messages from me that look like this: HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHiii instead of Hi (just one example) o ...

    This phone is great, good price and looks good, only downside is the absolute crud ringtone composer, one of the worst on the market. If you want funky ringtones, don't get this phone. I am happy with it though

    Is this even a phone?!!
    I just bought this phone less than a month ago. It's got software problems, is unable to receive SMS, the phone resets automatically!!! I had to send it for repair bacause of this. And the battery life is less than 2 days!!!
