Placed my order with Allergy liberation last Thursday, got confirmation of despatch a day later, and had paid £7.20 for express delivery. Assumed order would arrive by Saturday morning as 1-2 days was quoted for express delivery.
Emailed on Saturday asking for tracking/delivery information - no reply, emailed on Tuesday - no reply. Tried calling the two 'phone numbers a few times, but only got recorded messages on answering machines.
There are two addresses on that website - Hatton Garden appears to be a mailbox service company and the other address seems to be something similar for returns.
Not sure about location of larger items, but the supplements do not get despatched from the UK ....they arrived today (Wednesday) via USPS from California!!
This company's website is very misleading as to where they're actually based or despatch certain things from, and their customer service is very poor.
I prefer clear information about location of the actual company, location of goods and accurate delivery times, and expect good customer service such as replies to emails, and a phone that is answered.
A Google search found two lots of feedback on Amazon - one over a year old with many negatives just on the first page, and their current page which is better but not perfect.
Misleading delivery info on the site. Seems a bit hit and miss for delivery times and customer service, and they obviously don't care that someone is anxious about late delivery. A reply explaining where my order was coming from would have helped.
