I bought a product from Allergy Liberation, to find that a) they did not ship from the UK as prominently advertised on their site (so it took longer for the international shipping), and b) the product shipped was not what I ordered, but a cheap knock-off. On top of that you get snarky comments from support when you notify them of (what you thought at the time) was a mix-up. Not recommended, shop somewhere else. (read more)

I have been having extreme trouble with my sinus drainage. After using this product I can finally breath. The sensation at first was a peppery effect but that seemed to be the thing that worked. Awful service. Purchased a shopwer filter but has not arrived. I expeceted it to be here two days later but nothing and it's been two weeks. They don't answer the phone, it goes to voicemail. Have opened a dispute with paypal. Shocking service and so disappointing. After reading the rest of the reviews it seems like this is a fake website, a fake company. Really scary. Allergy Liberation is now cunningly trading as www.shower-filters.co.uk, which had no reviews of it's own when I checked online. I purchased a shower filter for £32.99 including delivery on Fri 10th June. the order is still pending today - Mon 20th June, but the money left my bank account Wed 15th June. I ordered a cream to relieve symptoms of eczema. I paid for the 1st Class Royal Mail delivery, which stated 'guaranteed delivery within 1-2 working days'. Further to Paul Hoegger's comment, Allergy Liberation did exist as we purchased a sinus irrigation system from them in June 2010. However, the machine developed a fault a couple of months ago and we contacted them to request a replacement. We did receive an email response saying they would contact the manufacturer. However, we've heard nothing since and cannot get through on any phone lines and they haven't responded to further emails. We believe they must have gone bust. We have contacted Consumer Direct and put our complaint into writing but not sure what happens if they have gone bust. Sorry to hear your story, Paul. Allergy liberation are still trading I ordered a filter shower head from them 28 june 2011. It arrived ok but it was faulty as the filter that came ready installed in the shower head was stuck fast. Lucky I checked before using it as the filters are supposed to last three months and no doubt they would have said I had had it too long for them to replace. I was advised by a girl called Emily from Allergy Liberation that she would contact the manufactureer and get back to me. I have emailed several times since to ask how this is progeressing and no reply at all to date (2.8.2011) not that long I know b ut thought I would search reviews on this company and thinks to this site I now realise that I am unlikely to hear back from them. I have started the process to claim the money back from them through my credit card company.

I have had the same experience and have waited 16 days for the product I ordered. I have also tried to phone them but no calls are bine received. They are completely unreliabable. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. HW, West Sussex

If your order goes smoothly that's fine, but if you have any kind of problem at all you are in trouble. Allergy Liberation do not have any phone contact - the numbers listed are all voice mail, they do not deliver from London - as it says on their website, they do not reply promptly to emails and often do not reply at all. Even if you do get a reply it will be vague, non specific and will not give you the information you have asked for.
Looking at the reviews it seems about 75% receive...

I have purchased twice from Allergy Liberation and must say I am really pleased with the service provided. First order arrived within 2 days of ordering and did not use the fast delivery. Second order I paid for the 48 hours delivery and it was delivered within the 48 hours despite the snow. I think they are value for money, compared to other sites for my items, and delivery times are very good. I would definetly recommend this site and I will continue using it in the future. I have ordered 2 yoga mats from Allergy. I have still not received ny order in spite a numerous attempt to contact the company and providing an alternative delivery address. In addition, I wrote a review on this site and it was removed. I would not recommend using Allergy. The customer service is atrocious and I still do not have a refund or my mats. (read more)
