I book this through Scott and the service was excellant. I believe I got the not only the best fare but excellant times to file. I book this for my son to fly to Switzerland. Scott was considerate of the experience of the flyer and got us the best value for what was needed. Thanks Scott.

A very reasonable price, cheaper than others.. people you talked to are very polite, well-trained, very helpful especially scott.. he will do things that will makes you feel very important as a customer.. go all the way until you are satisfy with the result.. a well job done and more power to you and the company..

Booking this flight with Scott was like talking to an old friend. Scott was so helpful, and made this whole experience easier than it's ever been with another company before. Just a very smooth transaction, and a very decent price also! He checked several times to make sure I got the best price for this flight. I'll be using LetsFlyCheaper from now on!

The Operator was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. He really took his time and helped me out, and was very patient. He did not mind looking at all alternative ways to find me a cheap flight. It was amazing...his name is Frank

Normally I pass on participating in customer service surveys but this time,I will be remiss if I do not comment on excellent service provided by Mr. Scott Hutchison.

Mr Hutchison handled my reservations in an impressive and professional manner.He went through the myriad of options and helped find and secure the most favorable one available while maintaining excellent communications skills which translates in my becoming a very satisfied customer.

As many others have said I was initially skeptical since I typically book all my own travel however it was a very pleasant experience and Eric was extremely helpful! He was very knowledgable and got me a great deal on my trip. I will definitely use Eric and Let's Fly Cheaper for future travel!

Your personnel were interested in providing quality customer service (something lacking in most areas today). They were also timely and I was able to have answers regarding reservations without long delays. They were interested in trying to get the best price possible, and I appreciate the effort they put forth. I will definitely call upon your firm for future flights and look forward to the same quality service when I put together travel plans for teams going into various locations in Africa ...

Please note that I made a reservation for a last minute trip and I was assisted by a representative who did such an amazing job. He was very patient, friendly and helpful even when I asked to change the return date. He was very efficient and even offered me suggestions as to how to get the best price. He did an excellent and outstanding job. Well done!!

My agent's name was Eric and he helped me immensely with what I needed. I am going to school in Sydney and I am from the U.S. He found me the best prices and was willing to help me with anything else. It was obvious that Eric was passionate about making my flight as easy on me as possible. I would recommend this company (Eric in particular) to anyone I knew of trying to make a flight plan anywhere in the world. Stumbled upon Let's fly cheaper..wasn't sure what to think at first. Once I called my doubts were answered. Service was very very good, and also prompt. Got an amazing deal about a month before I had to travel. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to travel internationally fast, and cheap.

I usually book my own travel but was having lots of trouble booking an internation flight for the holidays and the fares were all over the place. I found Let's Fly Cheaper and was very impressed not only with the fare but the Eric's dedication to getting me the best deal for my money. The price beat all of the other "discount" services at the time.

I am so happy to have discovered a discount travel company that offers personal service. My agent, Mo Sayid, tailored my travel plans to my specific needs, preferences, and budget. Within minutes I had an excellent flight schedule at a lower price than Priceline or any of the other discount travel companies (I checked). This level of professional service guarantees my business in the future and warrants a strong recommendation.
