    Excellent. Eric is friendly, knowledgeable and found us a great price. The follow up was quick and the entire process was professional and enjoyable. We travel to Europe frequently and will use them again.

    Your personnel were interested in providing quality customer service (something lacking in most areas today). They were also timely and I was able to have answers regarding reservations without long delays. They were interested in trying to get the best price possible, and I appreciate the effort they put forth. I will definitely call upon your firm for future flights and look forward to the same quality service when I put together travel plans for teams going into various locations in Africa ...

    Please note that I made a reservation for a last minute trip and I was assisted by a representative who did such an amazing job. He was very patient, friendly and helpful even when I asked to change the return date. He was very efficient and even offered me suggestions as to how to get the best price. He did an excellent and outstanding job. Well done!!

    My agent's name was Eric and he helped me immensely with what I needed. I am going to school in Sydney and I am from the U.S. He found me the best prices and was willing to help me with anything else. It was obvious that Eric was passionate about making my flight as easy on me as possible. I would recommend this company (Eric in particular) to anyone I knew of trying to make a flight plan anywhere in the world.     Stumbled upon Let's fly cheaper..wasn't sure what to think at first. Once I called my doubts were answered. Service was very very good, and also prompt. Got an amazing deal about a month before I had to travel. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to travel internationally fast, and cheap.

    I never book my flight ticket before with this tour operator,I tried different agency,try online ,and I want to said thank you for the service Scott provided .
    listener,quick,he please my request,and give me the best deal.
    I am totally satisfied with him.

    I usually book my own travel but was having lots of trouble booking an internation flight for the holidays and the fares were all over the place. I found Let's Fly Cheaper and was very impressed not only with the fare but the Eric's dedication to getting me the best deal for my money. The price beat all of the other "discount" services at the time.

    I am so happy to have discovered a discount travel company that offers personal service. My agent, Mo Sayid, tailored my travel plans to my specific needs, preferences, and budget. Within minutes I had an excellent flight schedule at a lower price than Priceline or any of the other discount travel companies (I checked). This level of professional service guarantees my business in the future and warrants a strong recommendation.

    I usually book my own flights online. There were a few "tricky" parts about my itinerary and I couldn't afford to mess it up, so I contacted Let's Fly Cheaper. I was glad I did! Scott was excellent to work with and went "above and beyond" to help work out my flights and details. I will certainly use them in the future!

    I have been very impressed with the level of customer service I received from Let's Fly Cheaper. I would say it was above and beyond my expectations!     I was delighted to find this Lets Fly Cheaper website. I talked to the customer services person on my first phone call. I didn't even start with the online booking. He was incredibly helpful, professional and within half an hour had flights booked to an out of the way destination with excellent connections and $500 less than what I found on line, even at hotwire.com.

    I will come back to this service first any time I travel internationally and have already recommended it to everyone I know. ...

    Although it was expensive, Lets Fly Cheaper got my wife on the very next flight to London. Very very impressive to say the least.

    This was my first time using Lets Fly Cheaper, and although I was initially skeptical (I'm so used to booking myself online), I would definitely use the service again- particularly for pricey overseas and last minute travel. I was traveling to Europe at the last minute, and all the flights I found online were astronomically expensive and had insanely long layovers and flight times.     I booked with Lets Fly Cheaper before and they seem to get better deals then what I can find anywhere online. The staff were very friendly and know what they are doing.

    I went on a multi-segment trip to Amsterdam, London and Beirut and when i looked online i found ridiculous prices, but found Lets Fly Cheaper,
    and i decided to call. the customer service was great, i was on hold for only a few min and they were very helpful and polite. My trip was very difficult to plan and this company did all the work for me and even asked me what meal i wanted. I paid about $500 less then anything i was finding elsewhere.
