    i ordered a hamper as a present for christmas 2008 it was supposed to arrive on the 22nd but it didnt when it arrived it was tiny and it was supposed to weigh 2.5kg but only weighed 2kg it did not contain the items listed they had been replaced by somthing different, I E mailed my complaint twice but they did not reply, I would not recommend them.

    Received a box of cupcakes from this company yesterday as a Birthday gift from a friend and I have to say these were the best cupcakes I had ever tasted! A couple of them were slightly damaged in the box but I suppose that is to be expected if they come through the post - it didn't stop me enjoying them and my husband even ate a couple as well. Would definately send to someone, especially the chocolate ones. Great Idea.

    Ordered cup cakes from bradfordsbakers.com for 18th birthday with pink cake stand. Cakes were badly packaged and every cake damaged on arrival, and the cake stand was the wrong colour. Have rung and emailed several times been promised refund but have still not recieved it one month on...Very disappointing also had to go out and buy another cake.

    poor quality. although Bradfords Bakers delivery was prompt, products didnt seem as fresh as they may have been - first time i had ordered a hamper online

    Because of bradfords bakers advocacy to only prepare toxic-free food, their fabulous food hampers are one of a kind - preservative-free. We need food like this nowadays.

    I only go for toxic-free and preservative-free food preparation especially nowadays that processed foods are on-the-loose. Health is wealth and yes, health is never costly. In reference to this concept, I came across the fabulous food hampers by www.bradfordsbakers.com. Their hampers only contain the freshest food that are prepared by their well-trained bakers.
