    My husband and I have bought our fourth pair from specsuperstore this year and they have also given us generous discounts for customer loyalty.
    Their service is second to none and they also have the best choice of designer frames online that we have found at the most competitive prices.
    There was a frame that was out of stock that we ordered back in June and we were told of a six week backorder. However within two weeks the frame arrived as they had obviously pulled out all the stops to obtain the Rayban frame we were after as they knew we were going on holiday.
    Very professional, helpful and competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have recommended specsuperstore to everyone I know.

    Having been messed around for over two months by another online optician I rang Specsuperstore first before placing my order to enquire if they had the frame I wanted in stock. Although they didn't have the particular colour I wanted they assured me that they could supply this colour and it would take up to 10 days for the frame to come from Italy. I had these particular designer glasses on order with another company and they still hadn't arrived after two months.

    Fantastic online store for glasses. Staff were extreemely helpful as I was unsure about my prescription as it is complicated. I chose a pair of Prada frames and RayBans for my sunglasses which are brilliant! The lenses are very thin considering my prescription and I had delivery within 10 days of placing my order for both pairs.     Specsuperstore customer service usually responds. Very good collection of designer frames - website search procedure for male and female or unisex frames help.
