I received them within 7 days of ordering as promised by the customer service representative I spoke to quoted, and they were perfect, brand new frames and lenses and a high street voucher for £40 off a case of wine. No one would touch my sunglasses for reglazing as they said "it wasn't possible" due to the lens curvature.
