written by yusufsarac on 15/02/2023

I bought a bmw on 24 october and the car went for repair for the 2nd time. in the first 2 days they could not do it. Then I took the car to the service again. now they've been trying to fix the car for 35 days and they can't. My car has been waiting to be repaired at the service for 35 days and they say it may take another 2 months. really immoral and they definitely don't know what they are doing. I have not been able to use the car I bought with credit for 35 days and I will have to wait 2 more months. In the meantime, I continue to pay my loan. it's a really nasty situation. I have applied for claims in several places. In this process, I rented a car and spent almost 1500 pounds in order to continue my life. I looked and still no one is doing anything, I went and bought another car. I have 2 cars now, but one of them is your Braunstone Crossroads engine. Unbelievable. I think it's the worst company in England. I would like to tell everything I have experienced here, but google's disk capacity may not be enough.

“Poor after sales, intimidating correspondence”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Erini259 on 13/12/2017

Bought a great car, was promised a second key and upon greater inspection also realised one of the listed extras was not on the car. The whole sorry saga has resulted in numerous phone calls and 14 emails! Some of which I must say verge on intimidating. The final result of which is now a court claim. Also interesting to note that I am not the only one who had their part exchange value altered on the day you collect your new vehicle, seems to me to be a regular thing they do?? All in all, they appear to have nice vehicles, just badly let down by their non-existent after sales and unprofessional correspondence!

They market themselves as prestige vehicles, but on closer inspection they are far from it. I took them to court and they ended up offering a settlement.
Nice to deal with initially, but then try to knock down the value of the trade in and try to intimidate you when it doesn’t go their way
Good luck with your claim

Thank you, the case is currently with the judge to make a decision, I will keep the site updated as to what happens, they are very intimidating and in the end that was what prompted me to take court action against them.

“Avoid if you can .... ”

I would not recommend buying from this dealer, the customer service is simply non-existent… All they care about is you paying for the car, once that’s done, you won’t even get a smile… If you dare to be unhappy about anything you’ll be treated like an inconvenience… So I bought my Audi A4 not that long ago (it’s still under their 3 months’ warranty, which you don’t get in writing, you’re just being told it’s there – so pretty sure they would deny it if something would to happen), to be honest I got a good deal, which was 'accidental', as they priced the car incorrectly online, (in the end they committed to that price, which was the only OK thing about them). When I went to pick up the car, the process was really rushed, the sales man didn't even bother to say hello, some other guy just pushed the paperwork through… When I got to the car, it was still wet inside, clearly a rushed pre-inspection job, even though they knew I was coming… Before driving away, I've noticed the parcel shelf was missing, no one bothered to tell me this when completing the paper work, I had to go back to the office… Got told they will order one for me, as they don’t know what happened to the original one?! Finally got a replacement, in the wrong colour! Even though, I have called them to remind that it needs to match the silver/grey colour of the interior… There was no apology, or any reimbursement for the fact, that I had to go back and pick it up… When I told the sales guy this is the wrong colour he just ignored me and thrown the shelf into the car… I have pointed out before buying the car, that the breaks are pretty used up and will soon need changing, they said they will look at them and if that’s case, they will change them for me – guess what? Didn't happen… It’s been a while since I bought a car and hopefully, it will be a while before I need to buy my next one, but this is not how I remember customer service should look like. If you decide to get a car from these people, for whatever reason, just assume it’s like buying private, once you drive away you will not matter to them at all… The whole experience was terrible, staff rude and unprofessional.... Also, noticed they seem to be going by different names on few websites too (Prestige cars / my bcm & braunstone crossroads) simply avoid if you can :/

I had dealing with them 4 years ago. I wrote a review on here with details which this website decided to take down because it was so damaging to braunstone. There was many threats of court action and I eventually got a full refund on the car otherwise it would have been court. They are a disgusting company can't believe they are still trading tbh. Openly admitted to me when I returned the vehicle they get all their cars from auctions. Not the "reliable resource" they stated when I bought the car in my opinion.

They would not pick car up said I needed to take it to local garage even though it didn't drive and it wasn't covered under warranty. Rip off merchants completely they took no blame and I am currently asking for a copy of bill of sale for the vehicle and they are refusing to give me it ,as the copy I have got misplaced . Disgusting company do not use them full of rude and untrustworthy liars!

I've seen this scenario hundreds of times, you beg the car off the dealer saying that's its a trade sale and that they won't see you again. Then when something goes wrong you are straight on the phone. Grow up, you can't have your cake and eat it. If you want the bells and whistles pay the extra and go to a legit dealership.

Many of you reading these reviews will notice I have replied to many comments placed about this Car Dealer. I make no apologies for this because I am still very angry with the sales experience I had a few years ago when my stepson & I went to purchase a car. This was my stepson's first car & was hoping to learn to drive with it. Now, I work in the motor trade & I admit & regret & very sorry to say I didn't look at the car as closely as I should have. This was mainly due to my stepson having set his heart on it & I, basically, didn't want to burst his bubble. Hence, I let him part with his hard earned cash for what turned out to be a total bag of horse manure, only fit for the garden roses. I've never forgave myself for this, hence, I will do everything in my power to get the message across how AWFUL Braunstone Crossroads Motors are. Do yourself a favour, read the reviews, make your own mind up but above all..... BUY ELSEWHERE!!

You should know better, it's simple logic. It's cheap for a reason. They pull in customers with a low asking price, but you are all naive. The car will need work so it won't be the bargain you thought.

I would rather pay more for a good example from a reputable dealer.

“Rude, arrogant and dishonest - Avoid!”

Bought my wifes car from here. Very dishonest regarding the condition of the vehicle and rude and agressive when this was queried. Ended up settling out of court. Don't be fooled by the glossy advert, as the reality is very different Not sure if they know what they are doing, or whether they are just incompetent at running a business.

Hie, we bought a car from them as well, absolutely unsafe car, they offered to fix under warranty but car still has the same problem. We have had this problem since the first week we bought the car. They are very dishonest, unhelpful and I have decided to take them to court as well as I paid thousands on my car as well. They always change what they tell you and have had the car only 6 weeks and 3 of these, the car had been with them in their garage. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all. They are very rude and arrogant and lack customer service skills.

Hi. Sorry to hear you had the same experience as me. Can I suggest you remove this comment until you have completed any legal action as they may try and use it against you? (Feel free to repost it after the case!)
I found the Citizens advice bureau really helpful. Make sure all correspondence with the garage is in writing and keep copies and send recorded as you will need to show that you have taken reasonable steps before making a claim through the courts. Good luck!

They don't like truth being told about them . So I would be careful what you say as they threaten taking you to court for discrediting them on hear I had to remove my post so the only one u see is when I was all happy . Which only lasted three weeks . 12 months on the reminder of my mistake carries on . And no one in the proffessional world is doing anything to stop them .

I didn't want to get into a slanging match over this, but feel I have no option than to reply to B.c.m's comments:

The car was in a highly polished condition when I collected the car, meaning that the defective paintwork was not evident until a few days afterwards when the polish faded (this was also the time that the numerous air fresheners discovered in the boot had faded, revealing the smell of smoke......)
I had no option but to take them to court as they did not respond to any correspondence, therefore I was offered no opportunity to return the car for inspection. (I think their late response to my review is indicative of their regard for customers!)
Photos of the defective paintwork were sent to the court, but these were not required as B.c.m decided to settle out of court after the initial hearing with the local county judge.
I do not live in Scotland!
I have decided to trade in the car as it was a constant reminder of B.c.m's arrogance and hostility. I used the money from B.c.m to compensate for the reduced trade in price offered to me due to the defective paint. Therefore no receipts are available.
I hope this helps clarify the matter for anyone thinking about purchasing a car from them in future.

B.c.m.'s Comment

Written on: 29/04/2014

This customer inspected this car for around 1 hour and was completely happy with it, however within a short space of time he made a complaint about the paintwork. He refused to bring the car back to us to inspect and also never sent photos. He bought a court case against us and as he lived in Scotland it was cheaper and easier to settle out of court for £500 than have to travel up to court to dispute the claim. He promised we would get the receipts to prove he had had the work done but he never replied to us which makes us think either his complaint wasn't genuine or once he had the money he wasn't bothered about getting the work done.

“Finding non- existant fault on MOT test to generate money”

★☆☆☆☆

written by brakenoodle on 05/03/2013

I was attracted by a reduced price MOT test and took my Daewoo for them to examine. The car failed on brake performance which I found odd because the car drove and stopped really well. I am a very competent amateur mechanic and do all car repairs myself. On paying the MOT bill the bloke in the office looked absolutely gutted when I told him NOT to book my car in for repair, because I'd do it myself. His first question was "when do you want to book the car in?" assuming I wanted them to do the repairs. His reaction was suspicious and I smelt a rat. On stripping and examining the brakes, I found nothing wrong with them and submitted my car to a different garage for MOT a few days later. It passed with no advisories - no problem. I mentioned to the MOT tested the fact that it had failed at Braunstone Crossroads Garage within the week and he confirmed the brakes were fine. With the reaction of the garage staff, and the fact the brakes were not under performing I don't trust their integrty. Go elsewhere.

“Was told to get lost!”

★☆☆☆☆

written by jadewhoosh on 13/12/2012

I was interested in buying a vehicle from this company and called them up to book an appointment. I was told I could put down a holding deposit for the car which ensured they did not sell it before I could view. I was ensured that this was a fully refundable amount. I also requested that they put through a quote for finance for the vehicle. Over the following week I received two or three phone calls a day from the office, as I was working I rarely managed to answer, but whenever I did I was greeted with bad service. I was constantly made to feel like I was inconveniencing the guys there. When they took all of my details for the finance it turned out I would need a guarantor. I gave them the details of my father to which they asked questions that were clearly none of their business and irrelevant to the application, all again with the tone that I was inconveniencing them. After the week I was fed up of their poor attitude, constant phone calls and service. I heard some bad stories and read some bad reviews and chose not to buy the vehicle from them. I spoke to them on the morning of my appointment and explained I would not be coming anymore and requested that they process a refund for my £50 holding deposit. I was told that he wasn’t who I needed to speak to and said I would have to talk to someone else. I asked for him to pass on my request and have him contact me to confirm that this has been processed. He was possibly one of the rudest men I have dealt with and completely fobbed me off. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and therefore waited patiently for my refund. After two weeks nothing had appeared in my account so I gave them a call. The guy was the same on the phone and again said I needed to speak to that person. He said he would get someone to call me. As time passed and no one called me back I decided to call them again. I got through to a very polite gentleman (I was told he was new, which makes me think they may yet be hope for the service at Braunstone Crossroads), he passed me to him who processed my refund. I asked why this was not done previously and he said it was because I never called and gave them my card numbers. So in other words, they had no intention of giving me my money back! I stated that in my previous telephone conversation I had asked for someone to call me to confirm the refund had been processed. He then said that it was my fault because I had never told anyone I wasn’t coming, which as I have said above, I did! After telling him this he got defensive, told me it was all my fault and that I had bought another car and not told them and they lost a sale (just to point out I did not buy another car!)… all in all he lost his patience and shouted at me to get lost and hung up the phone… the epitome of professionalism and customer service. All I can say is that I am glad I decided against giving these people my business.

“Proceed with caution”

★☆☆☆☆

written by NJB444 on 11/10/2012

My 21year old son was sold a car (his first) not fit for purpose and upon returning it 24hours later I was on the receiving end of, at best rude and, at worst aggressive behaviour from the 2 male sales people. The issues with the car are secondary to the customer service I experienced. I had asked at the beginning of the conversation whether it was ok to record it - the individual was so busy shouting at me that he clearly mis understood what I had said as he later claimed that I had not disclosed it - if I hadn't, why would I have said openly that I was ending the recording?? Other members of their own staff appeared shocked by their attitude. They were openly rude and, whilst to be fair they did agree to refund my son, wanted to deduct £100 for their inconvenience. I am shocked by this experience - I guess being able to spend more money than my son had has somewhat protected me from having to deal with this kind of salesperson and it was a good reminder that customer service is priceless, pays dividends and costs nothing. It's somewhat ironic as we are currently in the market for a prestige vehicle - this could easily have been a win/win for both them and I! There is so much more detail to this experience as well as the recording which makes very interesting listening for anyone who is doubtful of my honesty or perspective I would be willing to share. I would be as likely to post a positive review as a negative and would much prefer to but feedback is important.

“CLOSE THIS GARAGE DOWN! BUNCH OF CLOWNS!”

written by on 08/06/2012

Bought a renault from this garage, never again!, when we went to pick it up it had not been valeted, and didnt even have petrol in it to drive it away. After a year of having this car, we took it for an m.o.t, and was told this car was dangerous to drive, it had that much wrong with it. To get it fixed it would cost more than we actually paid for the car! After ringing these up, they were very rude, and couldnt have cared a less. Someone needs to get this garage closed down, as the mechanics need re-trained!, and they all need some lessons in good customer service! Poor all the way!!!

first i would not buy a renault ever again or any french car in your review you put a year after having the renault it would have cost alot of money for it to pass its m.o.t , thats the joys of running a car they cost a lot of money in upkeep so how on earth can you blame a garage a year later you are the one thats been driving the car and that means upkeep , how old was the car when your brought it ? cars do not last forever and the older they get the more they cost each year in upkeep untill they become beyond worth repair and they go to the scrap yard this is just the way cars are .
mind you it would be good if cars where built to be problem free but they are not and those days are a long way of even for the germans

“STAY AWAY FROM BRAUNSTONE CROSSROADS MOTORS!!”

★☆☆☆☆

written by on 15/05/2012

I bought a car from the dealership. The place looked decent with nice cars and the website very professional. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE ONCE I HAD BOUGHT THE CAR AND PARTED WITH MY MONEY!!I didnt get the car insured until a few days after I bought the car home and when travelling to work and back (out of town) noticed that the clutch was sliping. I took it to my mechanic who looked at it and told me the clutch was on its way out. I was upset but not too worried since I had a 3 month warranty and bought fromna dealer so I felt safe that the problem would be resolved quickly. I COULD NOT BE MORE WRONG!!! I called the dealership the next morning and explained the problem. The manager who I spoke to just spoke to me like I was trash and dismissed anything I told him. He told me that it was MY FAULT for not picking up the fault when taking it for a test drive around the block??? He said I was not covered by the warranty and that the clutch was damaged due to my wear and tear??? I HAD DRIVEN THE CAR ONCE!! I felt out of my depth and quite frankly a bit frightened as a female as he was really aggressive in his manner, slamming everthing I told him. I told him that I would get back to him. I then called the warranty company and was told that my warranty was so basic it didnt cover most things?? What was the point of my warranty..it was not worth the papaer it was written on! I then noticed that the warraty expired within 3 months or within 3000 miles whichever came sooner. The ealer had stated that my mileage was 3000 less than what it actually was,,,this showed that my warranty had already been made void since it looked as though id driven it 3000 miles in the 6 days I had the car even though Id driven it once??!!I had to get this changed myslef by calling the warranty provider. I called the compoany reluctantly once more and explained the situation again. This time I had a little more to support me and tld the manager that I had consumer rights since he is a dealer! He now said that I should drive the car to him and after his mechanic had checked it and agreed that it need replacing he would replace the faulty clutch. however i would have to choose which i would want to pay for ...parts or labour because he was not paying for both?? A bit unfair really since I bought the car with the faulty clutch. He then went on to say that We had BEGGED him for a discount. Again I pointed out that it was bought as an agreed reduced price as many dealerships do anyway and in no way was it due to the clutch being faulty. Once again I felt cornered and told him that i would get back to him. I rang citizens advice bereau and was advised to write my concerns to the dealer. I could not send the email via the website so wrote to them instead. I included the relevant law,and my rights. I gave him 5 days to respond and wrote down all dates and times of my correspondence with him. I advised him that I would get quotes from 4 different garages with reports to show the cars faults and this would be invoiced to him. If I did not hear from him within 5 days I would take it legal. i used the following site to help me: http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Governmentcitizensandrights/Consumerrights/Buyingacar-yourconsumerrights/DG_183047 I sent this by recorded delivery so that I knew he would definately receive this. I sent the letter on a Friday and received a call the next morning. He had read the letter and realised that I was serious about my car and its issues and would take it further. He could not fob me off. All I wanted was my car to be roadworthy, which I expected after buying from a dealer. He changed his tune completely and offered to replace the clutch incurring the cost of both the parts and labour. However he said I would have to bring the car up 75 miles. I was reluctant since i was wary of driving the car but my cousin offered to drive it up for me on the Sunday and I covered it with AA. HE tolds me that he would give me a Y reg courtesy car when I gave my 2005 plate to use whilst the repairs took place. He even said that he may swap the courtesy car with my repaired car after the work was complete. I did not want to make a fuss and agreed to compromise and drive up. On the day i also tok the mechanic with me just incase he changed his tune. However as we arrived onto the court he just gave us the keys and pointed at the "courtesy car. " Surely I should be given some documaentation incase I got stopped by the police?? WHAT DOCUMENTATION???WHAT DO YOU WANT???NOO!!!THEY CAN JUST CALL THE OFFICE!! this is the answer I received from the trader and at that tone!! We looked at the courtesy car, the front was damaged from the side, the seats were all smeared with mud and dirt and all the tape wires were hanging out. Surely he was not asking us to take this?? He said take it or leave it?? We had no choice but to take it since We had to travel home somehow 75 miles...The car had no petrol in it, He said theres a petrol station down the road on the right, help yourself...I was amazed at the attitude and ignorance...totally shocked. THE ONLY REASON HE GAVE ME A COPY OF ONE DOCUMENT WAS BECAUSE ANOTHER CUSTOMER WAS IN THE OFFICE! I pointed out that one of teh seatbelts was also ot working so I could not lock in my baby car seat. He said he would look at it. Monday late afternoon we were told that teh car was ready. It was fixed pretty quickly but they closed at 6 and we were unsure of the traffic and said we may be 10-15 minutes late. He said NO if its 6 and your not here then we will close we arent waiting around. We then had to wait till Tuesday to pick the car up and it was fixed. I was tol that the belt had bits in it and my ids had dropped those bits in there?? my kids did not yet even sit in thecar so this was impossible!! I was gobsmacked thata customer could be treated in such a way and why dealers think that tehy can get awa y with this kind of thing??? I do not advise anyone to buyt from this dealership and I amactually amazed that it is still running...reading some of the comments here (negative) they are definately what I camn relate to and I totally understand the attidude and rudeness and it is just not necessary. We are all adults and should act this way also. VERY BAD EXPERIENCED CAUSED ME ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF STRESS AND NO APOLOGY ....NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE NO STARS!!

I felt I had to comment on this review, as I believe I was the other customer at the dealership you refer to in your review! I too have just brought a car from this dealership and couldn't be more satisfied. From what I heard of the conversation you refer to above the manager was more than polite to you and kept offering solutions but to me you were the rude one not the manager!

I always believe you should treat people the way you wish to be treated yourself - maybe you should give this some thought!!!!

It was actually a couple that were there and at no point was I rude during this whole process, I remained professional and polite in my manner only asking for proof of documentaion for insurance purposes which I think anyone would agree is fair. Not at any point did I raise my voice nor speak out of character.

In terms of solutions ..a business card just does not cut it since I would have no one to get hold of if it was out of office hours??

The way that I was treated by this company was awful and i would never dream of speaking to anyone in such a manner...If they were so brilliant with you...prehaps you should leave a review?? ...unless ofcourse you were not there at all?!

“Disgusting Car Dealer - Stay away from them!!!!!!”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Jake111 on 17/03/2012

I bought a bmw from them last year. Car was advertised with Full service history and when I picked up car, there was no service booklet. They told me that they have requested it from BMW and will send it to me within two weeks. I have chased for this more than 5 times now in the last 6 months but no one even bothered to give me a decent answer. As well, after taking delivery of the car, I had the engine management light come on and I had to drive from London to Leicester to get it checked by them and they only did a reset of the light and the same problem appeared again. I got this diagnosed by a Independent BMW specialist and they told me that it is a faulty NOX sensor and which will be about £500! to replace as they will have to take the manifold down. The most disgusting thing is that Braunstone Crossraod Motors knew that they had a problem with this car as when I checked the MOT history, I saw that the car failed because of high emissions because of the faulty sensor. So even without changing the sensor, they managed to get the car to pass its MOT again before they sold the car to me. What a scam!!!

I had the same problem with the, the clutch was gone on the car and they sold it to me and would not take any liability for the faulty car. I had to seek legal advice before I could get them to replace it even then I had to drive up and drop the car off to them and drive and get it back. Not professional whatsoever...STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They are also rude ans intimidating and unwilling to help once they have your money!!!

“My experience with Braunstone crossroads motors ltd...”

written by donaldson on 19/07/2011

I brought a 57 plate BMW from this garage back in May for the first month of owning the vehicle i actually had it to drive for about a week as it was in and out of garage with problems. They did apparently fix the issue but a couple of weeks the problem arrised again, I phone the proffesional manager at the garage for him to tell me take it to the garage of your choice and your warranty will cover this so i did to only find out my warranty only covers the gearbox. I had to pay for the work carried out on my vehicle which cost me £400 this is totally unexceptable when you purchase a vehicle to then pay for parts on it in the first three months. If any body reads this before thinking of buying a car from them please take this in to account as they are quick to take your cash but dont give a dam once you drive it away. The Manager is very rude and threatens you when it does go his way i am so surprised this garage has been trading for as long as it has it should be shut down by trading standards DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!!!!

I bought an 8 year old car with 55k on the clock. within 2 months the gear box broke and cost over £1k to repair. when I rang them, they were rude, disrespectful and totally not interested. I no have no choice but to take legal action. Do not ever buy from this company - they are a bunch of clown shoes.

I would put no stars if i could.

Braunstone Crossroads ripped us off and have been continually rude to us when we phone to get our money back.

After two weeks it broke down and we were told that the car had an internal engine fault and the oil had leaked.

Everytime we have contacted them they have been dismissive and rude, they have no customer service skills and have no pride in their reputation. We are now taking legal action.

I would have been fine with them despite the state of the vehicle if they had simply just given us the money back.

“Our car was purchased from Braunstone Crossroads...”

★☆☆☆☆

written by 16vAndy on 14/07/2009

Our car was purchased from Braunstone Crossroads Motors Ltd, Leicester & on collection day the vehicle was dumped in a corner, no valet, no service & a dodgy MOT, ( how many vehicles do you know that pass an MOT with a blowing exhaust?) arriving home it was found the service history was missing & all fluid levels were low. trying to speak to a member of staff by telephone proved on numerous occasions to be negative, writing to the aftersles dept proved negative. I got an overall impression that this dealer didn't, & don't, care less after they've taken your money. I've learnt one very important lesson, never drive off the forcourt unless 100% happy & never trust a caring website as it always turns out to be lies.

WE HAVE A LARGE GARAGE FORCOURT, AT NO TIME DO WE 'DUMP VEHCILES IN THE CORNER'. ALL OUR CARS HAVE A VALET BEFORE THEY GO OUT. NOT ALL CARS ARE SERVICES; IT DEPENDS WHAT WAS AGREED ON AT THE TIME OF SALE. HOWEVER ALL OUR CARS HAVE A 25 POINT VEHICLE CHECK BEFORE THEY GO OUT.
NOT ALL CARS WE SELL HAVE A SERVICE HISTORY, THE ONES THET HAVE ARE ALWAYS PASSED ONTO THE NEW CUSTOMER, WE WOULD HAVE NO USE WITH IT ONCE THE VEHCILE HAD BEEN SOLD.
ANY CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS WE RECEIVE IN WRITING ARE ALWAYS RESPONDED TO.
WE HAVE REGULAR TRAINING SESSIONS WITH TRADING STANDARDS TO MAKE SURE WE ARE CORRECT IN OUR DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS.
I AM SORRY THIS REVIEWER DOESN'T FEEL WE CARE, AS I AM UNABLE TO IDENTIFY THEM FRMO THIS REVIEW I AM UNABLE TO COMMENT FURTHER.

YOU SELL SCRAP CARS BRAUNSTONE & YOUR CUSTOMER CARE IS SUBZERO.

Just to follow up on my review... I never did get any satisfaction from this purchase. I still feel, today, totally conned, especially as the dealers final excuse for shoddy treatment of the vehicle was that it was a trade sale..... erm, hello!! I'm not in the trade so why would I purchase a trade car?? Anyway, the car turned out to be a total bag of spanners & was, eventually, sold on at scrap value.

I am in the final stages of buying a car from braunstone blackbird motors sister company to braunstone crossroad motors. I believe I will have to travel 76 mile to collect it it's a Honda can the car really be that bad giving Hondas bullet proof reliability and build quality. How bad can it be? Are these reviews genuine or just a disgruntled person or two? If this car is going to be so bad what's it been through where are they getting them from its a £5000 car top of the range car. I'm so confused as to weather to buy it it's on my finance company's approved sellers list too. Would my finance company deal with such a bad company?

Thanks for answering this question.

Hi. The review I posted was genuine. On the face of it the car looked good and they assured me of this on the phone. It was only after a week or so that the problems started to show (smell of cigaretes as air freshers wore off, lacquer peeling off paint due to poor quality respray, etc.) this car was advertised as excellent condition. When I queried this with them they were dismissive and agressive and would not respond to letters until I eventually settled out of court with them. Further reviews since my ine appear to show that they have not changed their ways. I hope this helps.
