    Terrible customer service! they only call you and speak to you when they want your money. When you want to find out some information from them they NEVER get back to you. They are rubbish at english and extremley rude.

    You know when something is not right becuase they don't pick up your calls and put the phone down on you when you give them your name!

    G and B Windows can't speak English much, unprofessional telephone manner, limited customer service throughout.
    Who cares! Why 5 stars? The quality and the price of the windows was simply miles and miles ahead of the rest!
    3 windows and French doors all in for 1750 quid! The others were 3000 just for windows!
    If you don't mind the hasstle of chasing, patient with non English speakers and can fit the windows at the last minute for a Sat and want a great deal, these people are for you!
