There was a nice selection of gifts I could have selected for my wife's birthday after leaving things a little late. My package was wet from the contents of the vodka bottle inside. When I unpacked the bottle, the cap was damaged, the seal broken and some of the contents had leaked out. I placed an order for a Next Working Day Delivery. It did not arrive. I have sent 2 emails and left a message and have not had my call returned. It seems impossible to get a hold of them on the phone as it goes through to an automated message saying they can not take the call. Who knows whether I will actually get the items ordered or not? If it does not arrive today, I will be getting my bank to perform a chargeback, which will cost them money! (read more)
