Don't touch them ever ever. They put a conservatory in for my mum 12 months ago - it is still leaking!!!!
They didn't complete the Conservatory and the ledges were placed on not fixed. They didn't make a soak away and so the water from the gutters just ran onto the floor and into the neighbour's garden. The water is atill leeking into the conservatory and an 86 yr old lady has to clear up when it rains. I have spoken to director after director and been promised the earth but little has come to fruition. All empty promises. When I ask to speak to the director I am treated with abrupt contempt and always told that at least 2 of them are on holiday and the other is in a meeting =- no wonder the business is failing and the service is so poor.Priorities!!!! I wanted to use home based industry but in future will go to a National company with high standards. I don't think Streetly Windows know what standards or customer care are. Never go there, they are sharks.

Streetley Windows EXCELLENT!!!


We have just had a bespoke conservatory from Streetley and I have nothing but high praise for their workmanship, quality service from start to finish and excellent after care - everything the salesman sold to us was correct 100%, nothing was no trouble for the contractors and when office was called for just details to be sorted the office staff got onto promptly and again with such professionalism - the product was of high quality and would highly recommend this ...

Very good service from Streetly Windows, recommend their porches and other products to anyone. Professional and friendly staff helped me over the phone and they send me brochures. I still wasn't sure so we drove to the showroom and they were very patient with us. I change my mind a lot but happy with the final layout of our porch.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
We have been let down on several occasions by the sub contractors at Streetly Windows we were promised a completed conservatory in 6 weeks we are now into the 10th week and still not finished.

I wish I had found your review and this site before spending my money with Streetly Windows - I sepnt a fortune after the salesman convinced me that i should get all sorts of things done at the same time - windows, doors and conservatory as I would save a lot of money.

I have since found out he over charged me for every single thing and half the stuff supplied is just pure junk.

They never return my calls about simple things like windows that mist up all the time and refuse to change my conser ...

I had a hopeless experience with Streetly Windows.

Nothing matched up to the salesmans claims, the conservatory delivered and built was nothing like what I had paid for - I even discovered the base builder putting down a totoally substandard base reusing some old bricks from the existing unit that had been taken down. When I stopped him he just said "Well i have not been paid to do a proper job on this one"!
