    Good Points: Lovely, relaxing & worked well. Could be used hot, or cold. I preferred the item cold, as the chilled version seemed to soothe the eye area more & seemed to have a greater effect on bags/under-eye shadows.Was easy to use, simple to tackle & had good results considering it is a low-priced item.


    Bad Points: Obviously the effects were not long lasting, in the way that surgery, or a more intense procedure would be, but based on price & ease of use, it performed as expected


    General comments: Anatomicals Puffy the Eye Bag Slayer gave the initial impression of something "scientific", as oppose to a beauty item!The packaging was basic but ample & pleasant enough. Quite compact & lightweight.There were no "frills", or expensive additions.
