    Good Points: Nothing


    Bad Points: Every step of the process!!!! They tried to blame it on stricter government rules. From what I went through that haven't figured it out and i'm sure they will try and charge you for it..... In my experience multiple times they tried to add fees..


    General comments: This was a simple refinance for less than 60% loan to value. This process started in March and 3 1/2 months (Early July) later I can say that it was the worst experience ever. I must have 35 pdf files with different numbers and repeating documents, that I sent over and over and over to them...... I need a new one - I never got it, - etc, etc. Twice, I even received documents of other people they were working with. I've went through four closing on properties and WCS Lending was by far the worst and most aggravating.
