    I have used cricket for almost a year. The speed is getting worse and worse. It is like a dial up internet. I will cancel as soon as I find a new provider.

    The modem is disconnected very frequently now. I'm not sure if the system is overloaded now as they sign up too many customers or they are just bad.

    THE SPEED IS WAY UNDER WHAT IS ADVERTISED IN THE CRICKET BROCHURES, AND THE CRICKET REPRESENTATIVE I SPOKE WITH TOTALLY MISREPRESENTED THIS MODEM. IT IS THE MOST UNRELIABLE MODEM I HAVE EVER USED. IT DOES NOT SUPPORT MANY ONLINE SERVICES WITH ANY RELIABLE STABILITY. IT WAS EASY TO INSTALL, AND AT THE MOMENT THAT IS THE ONLY POSITIVE THING ABOUT THE CRICKET A 600 BROADBAND MODEM THAT I HAVE FOUND AFTER TWO MONTHS OF USE. I WISH I WOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE VERY LOW UPLOAD AND DOWNLOAD SP ...

    Cricket Broadband looked and sounded good in the shop, but after using for 2 weeks, the speed is below promised (promised 300 - 700 Kbps)(getting 250-325 Kbps), plus unit has begun shutting off sporadically. VERY unhappy with the performance of this product - I DO NOT recommend it to anyone who wants consistent service and decent speed.
