    Toshiba has a problem when it come time to honor its warranty. I had to send My computer in for repair and it was returned with the major issue unresolved and had to be returned for repair again. Toshiba was unconcerned about the fact that their failure to completely repair the computer the first time has deprived Me of the computer again and longer than necessary. The Toshiba philosophy seems to be Suck it up and accept that there is nothing you can do about our lack of concern so just accept and BE HAPPY we will repair it as many times as necessary to get it right. The fact that you cann't use it is not our concern. I will never purchase another Toshiba product and will not recomend that anyone else purchase one. No value for the Money.
