I ordered goods at the end of November. I have had no contact at all from 118 Golf, and there has been no response to my emails. You cannot get through on the number given for their 'customer service department'. I have raised a dispute with Paypal. “You would waste your money. The worst online trader ever! ”

I bought a pair of NIke Golf boots in September, first of all it took two weeks to arrive, then found it was leaking water from the front after two days. Email sent to inform them of the problem, no response from them. Only when I threatened to return the shoes for a refund that I got a response telling me that they had sent my complaint to Nike and let me know once they hear from Nike. Ordered and paid for a golf bag for guaranteed next day delivery on 28th November. So far no goods. No way to get through to their so called customer service number (the line says the mailbox is full). No response to customer service email. Last Saturday I ordered 3 pairs of gloves for a good price (they had an additional 15% off) with a 5-7 working days delivery. Received them on day 5 so that is good. However, as seems to be reflected in the other reviews, there communication is rather poor. Don't fall for this company's email offers and onsite promotions - they don't honour them! I received an email offer for a £10 voucher on spends over £50 and then saw an onsite promo banner for a free Titleist cap with any purchase of 2 boxes of Titleist balls so I ordered 2 packs (when I was originally intending to only buy 1) to take advantage of both offers. I ordered a Ping DLX cart bag on 02 September and was quoted 5-7 day delivery. This came and went so I called their customer services line to find out what the problem was. They initially had no record of the purchase and then said delivery would be the following week. This came and went. They do not respond to e-mails and the phone lines appear to be dead now. I have purchased from them for 3 times, the first 2 only golf balls and too well, the third time I bought a pair of shoes that were available in 5/7 days on web site but in reality they had not. “Extremely slow delivery”

These clowns are one of the worst people to buy from. Delivery is extremely slow and products often take 2-3 weeks plus to be delivered. They provide no updates or reasons for this and I would suggest shopping elsewhere. I ordered a pair of golf shoes as they were very keenly priced. The shoes arrived with faulty stitching and something on the inside was sharp and rubbing against the foot. They were returned promptly and a month later still haven't had a refund, despite retailer agreeing they were faulty. Had to involve Paypal and my credit card company. “Complete failure in customer service”

In July last year I bought a swing speed radar for my husband, a PGA professional at a cost of £115. It was very promptly delivered & I was pleased with that service. I read some really bad reviews about this company after I'd placed my orders. And to be totally honest one of the clubs I ordered was out of stock, though showing in stock. However, the clubs that were in stock were dispatched promptly without issues (Callaway X Hot woods). But this is what you would expect all being equal.
