I ordered a dozen personalised golf balls from this company and received a confirmation email saying delivery would be 3-7 working days. 9 working days later, I had heard nothing so called them. They said they couldn't fulfil my order because you had to order 3 dozen and I had ordered just 1 dozen. There was an offer of "Buy 3 get 1 free" advertised on the site at the time, but nothing indicating that it wasn't possible to buy them individually and I placed the order online for 1 dozen... 118Golf are, quite simply, the worst internet shop I have ever encountered. Not only do they not deliver items in a timely fashion (my order was delivered 3 months late) nor take any responsibility when what they send is not what you ordered, they do not communicate with you at all during the process and repeatedly ignore your emails and leave you with no other means of communication. I am a keen golfer and have ordered many items from various online golf retailers. This was the 1st time I have used 118 and the last. I ordered a high value product (over £100) start of March 2012. Payment was taken straight away, goods were shown in stock. Much the same story as many others unfortunately. I ordered a Nike Golf Bag on March 4. This was supposedly in stock, and I chose the 3-7 day delivery option. As of March 24th, the order is still 'processing', and I've attempted to contact them 8 times so far to cancel the order with no response. placed order 1st december, got told it was being shipped 8th dec, its now 17th and still no joy, they ignore emails they dont answer the phone, absolutely appalling yet they are still advertising that the item is still in stock! i have now opened a dispute with paypal so at least i hope i get my money back, still its too late to order from elsewhere for xmas so my husband will be disappointed, dont know how they get away with it, they just take your money and run, KEEP AWAY. I have contacted credit card Co after failing to get any answer from them. Automatic answer advises to send email to customer.services@118golf.co.uk. No answer back and my message had return receipt on it. Message has not been rejected yet they fail to return receipt. 118 golf behavior is unacceptable. When I placed the order, the bag was "in stock". Shortly thereafter, status changed to "out of stock" and shipment is still pending after 10 days. Order was placed on the computer on 24.10.11, payment was made by Paypal. I chased them on 30.10.11 by email they emailed back on 31.10.11 to advise that the goods would be sent early this week. I am still waiting for the goods and now they are not even bothering to reply to my emails. They have not advised where the goods are or when they will be despatched.
