    IMO opinion the best place to buy golf equipment on the web. Cheaper than elsewhere, amazingly simple site to use, delivered bang on time and couldn't recommend it more. Quality!

    I ordered a the above club on Monday 5th October at 9pm. After it hadn't arrived by Thursday I was getting a little impatient (as you do when ordering golf gear!). Slightly concerned, I did a little search on Google '118golf customer service' and found this thread which made me even more worried! But rather than speculate, I'll list the facts of my experience:

    1. Ordered from website Monday 5/10/09 at 9pm. Item was marked as 'in stock'

    2. Emailed cust srvs 8/10/2009 asking when could i expect ...

    I have been looking at getting a pair of these shoes for a while, and noticed that 118Golf had a great price on them , plus they were offering a free pair of socks as well! I hadn't used them before but their site looked professional, and was actually quite easy to use, so I placed my order. I took their Super Save free delivery service, and the shoes (and socks) arrived very quickly. Very impressed with the service and I will definatly be using them again.     Despite 118Golf stating that customers would be contacted with option to cancel if item was not in stock, I never got this email/call/option (they say shipping will happen same day if item is in stock, so it obviously wasn't) Was twice given false times of shipping, then my emails looking for updates were ignored. Finally cancelled weeks later. Should have known better than to deal with a company which claims to be "totally dedicated" to customers, yet doesn't provide a phone number on their sit ...

    I ordered a putter as well as gloves from 118Golf. A week later I also ordered shoes. I was contacted by them that they could not ship the shoes on time. I was given the option to cancel the order for the shoes and was refunded on the same day.
    Putter and gloves were delivered on time and in good shape.
    Pleasure to do business with this company.

    Ordered a Hill Billy bag, the money was debited from my credit card even though they had not shipped the item. The 118Golf website said it was in stock but 2 months later I had not received anything. Customer services told me on several occasions that the bags would be in 'next week', but it never materialised. I eventually cancelled the order and requested a refund.

    do not do business with 118 golf - stay away

    this is the worst golf supplier on the internet. do yourself a favour and steer well clear. ordered taylor made golf bag on 22nd jul; now 28th aug and still nothing. customer service is non existent, e-mailed 6 times and no reply. called 8 times and no answer, just get an answer machine that is full so can't leave a message. be warned!!!!

    Ordered a Powakaddy Deluxe II Cart Golf Bag on 27 June in Classic Black from 118Golf and according to their website they had it in stock. Called 3 weeks later to ask when it will be finally shipped. Received the bag finally on 17 July. Also ordered 2 Golfers Club Leather Scorecard Holders also in stock on 6 July and they still have not been dispatched according to the information on my account.     As a novice player I was unsure of what equipment to buy however after looking at many UK Golf websites I telephoned 118Golf and found is advise exteemely useful. I subsequently went on to but a set of clubs from the 118Golf website and was delighted that they arrived 4 days later and extremely well wrapped.I can't say my game has improved greatly although I am really enjoying useing my new Nike golf clubs and have been back onto the 118Golf website many times to buy new balls and even a putting ...
