Ordered a golf bag as a present, standard 5-7 days delivery after a week I rang the company and asked if I could fast track the order they said this wasn't an option, but promised me the order would be with my by Wednesday which is when I needed the item at the latest. I have purchased from them for 3 times, the first 2 only golf balls and too well, the third time I bought a pair of shoes that were available in 5/7 days on web site but in reality they had not. June 23, 2014 I paid with paypal (good idea), after several e-mails responded only after opening a dispute with paypal saying that they will return the money. today is July 25th and I have not seen anything back. “Extremely slow delivery”

These clowns are one of the worst people to buy from. Delivery is extremely slow and products often take 2-3 weeks plus to be delivered. They provide no updates or reasons for this and I would suggest shopping elsewhere. “Worst customer service EVER, avoid at all costs!”

I ordered a pair of golf shoes as they were very keenly priced. The shoes arrived with faulty stitching and something on the inside was sharp and rubbing against the foot. They were returned promptly and a month later still haven't had a refund, despite retailer agreeing they were faulty. Had to involve Paypal and my credit card company. “Complete failure in customer service”

In July last year I bought a swing speed radar for my husband, a PGA professional at a cost of £115. It was very promptly delivered & I was pleased with that service. In November he returned it as faulty. Since then the comnpany have not replied to follow up emails. Laterly I followed this up by phone to be told that it had been returned already. I read some really bad reviews about this company after I'd placed my orders. And to be totally honest one of the clubs I ordered was out of stock, though showing in stock. However, the clubs that were in stock were dispatched promptly without issues (Callaway X Hot woods). But this is what you would expect all being equal. I placed an order for some shoes and a glove on 19th August 2013. When I had still not received my order by 2nd September, I contacted 118golf via e-mail. I was informed that there had been a "website error" and that my size had never been available! At no point had they contacted me to let me know this in the 2 weeks after placing my order. I ordered a dozen personalised golf balls from this company and received a confirmation email saying delivery would be 3-7 working days. 9 working days later, I had heard nothing so called them.
