    The Perfume Emporium's Terms And Conditions make sense, company address is there and everything sounds safe, so I went for it - ordered 3 perfumes, which I never received after a wait of about 7 weeks and it took 2 months to get the refund, with the help of my bank!

    I placed my order with The Perfume Emporium 22/04/09 for a bottle of aftershave which was never delivered. So I contacted them and was told they would post another that day. There was still no aftershave delivery.
    After speaking to them once again I was told that 'Royal mail' had let me down with delivery so I was promised a full refund instead. I still have not got my money back (08/07/09).
    I have continued e-mail correspondence with someone from support who keeps ensuring me I will receive ...
