    Good Points: Great to be able to talk to someone on the phone.


    Bad Points: Slightly more expensive but make up with it with help


    General comments: Ordered a few random items including a WD HDD and a caddy for another sata drive.Love the caddy as you can just slide 'bear' drives in and out.Used the WD drive to upgrade my SkyHD box.Ordered and arrived next day :) span.com even delivered to my work after i sent them an email to show i was working there.
