    Good Points: genuine friendly guy, talks the talk, kept to his dates and agreed prices


    Bad Points: worktops do not match, drainer grooves not straight. DIY quality and not the promise his sales pitch made


    General comments: Hard working guy but his promises and sales spiel are not backed up by the goods in the long run.Stone Arts Limited gives you all the talk about granite being inspected and coming from one source so that it matches. Three of four worktops are okay but the fourth is much darker than the others and looks odd when you live with it. Drainer grooves cut by hand and boy can you tell, all five of ours are not straight they bend at the end. Joints not good either - gaps in the cement, just feels like a good but rushed DIY job and not what you would expect for circa £3k
