I'm adding an explanation to the above as my full review hasn't appeared-
I changed my insurance details and was charged an admin fee then was told that I'd have to wait 60 days for my refund ... don't you think that they should drop the admin charge for such a dreadful service?
This shoddy company are quick to take your money and then blame the insurance company for the delay in refunding monies owed

Well paid my deposit and set up monthly instalments. I went on holiday came back and they have cancelled my policy for not paying them apparently i have the evidence that i did but they wasnt interested on that instead they billed me a further £87pound for cancelling it. Awful. Charged me for insurence twice. When refundend charged me for administraton fee even it wasn't my fault. In the end cancel my insurance because I live in "Caravan rather than a house that the risk has now become unacceptable to them and therefore the policy will cancel in seven days and as a result all cover" and charged me again… Read Full Review

I called to cancel my policy early as going overseas. They cancelled it a month earlier than I had asked and said the it could not be undone. got a cold call, quote was good, went online to double check prices, good quote, accepted and paid. Had to hang up as I couldnt understand foreign agent and he couldnt understand it was a new car. I phoned back and spoke to another foreign person but she understood what I wanted. Next thing was they took wrong amount from my bank account. I phone and they said it was wrong but there was a $40 charge for changing the car details that they dont have to tell us about. “Absolutely disgusting customer care! ”

I have been a customer with bewiser for years! Recently changed cars so obviously informed be wiser who changed the policy. My card then expired so my bank sent me a new card...I just carried on as normal which is how it should be, or so I thought!! “Now ripping off OAP's”

Took a full year's premium for comprehensive insurance last July. Now cancelling it owing to a non fault claim in May 2013. A car ran into the back of me and wrote my car off. Expect me to cancel the insurance losing over £200 and then expect me to pay over £600 for new policy. Could be driving uninsured next week. Paid over £400 in July. Come on Cathy. I cant remember who I spoke to but who ever it was they were no help at all I rang bewiser to try to change date that they take payment as I don't get paid till 2 days after payment due and all they say is nothing can be done now I should of phoned last week so now not only will I get a late payment fee of 30 im also going to get charged by bank all because they couldn't push payment forwards a couple of days after being a loyal customer for pass couple of years I will be taking my custom else… Read Full Review

I went online to request a quote, of which the quotation was a few thousand more than my £400 renewal with AXA, so decided not to proceed. After saying 'im not interested' to call backs, I received a call every 2 hours for 3 days. on the third day I answered and told the advisor that I wasn't interested and to remove me from their list. But no - I was interrupted while filling out a form on their website and they have called me 12 times in the last 2 days (I have been in back to back meetings while travelling). Once they got your contact details, their agents will call you repeatedly and say many things to get your signature and money (I suppose there is a commission to motivate).
