Bad Points: The slide. Yes, you can slide the damn thing back and forth, but it doesn't insert a BB, nor does the gun have a blowback function.
I can't understand why an extremely solid weapon has a ratchety, useless slide that shakes and rattles every tine you pick up the gun.
Unless someone tells me otherwise, I'm going to epoxy the damn thing shut.

General comments: First, I have to say that I don't like BB pistols. I've had a Walther CP 99 Compact, and after two send-backs it leaked CO2 faster than I could pull the trigger. The much-vaunted Walther PPK/s came with a slide that stuck Good-bye to it!.
So why this gun? First, it's weight. It truly (2 lbs empty) is as hefty as the Walther P38 on which it is modeled. Also, I was taken in by the looks, and, in reality, it looks better on hand than in the photos on the web. The extremely heavy plastic grips are dark and really do look like varnished wood.
It is not the most accurate gun on the market - but no BB pistol is
But it is quite powerful and I get 50-60 good shots from one canister of CO2..

Heft and power. This gun really feels like a firearm and packs a wallop of power for a gun of its size. (495 FPS). My Crosman C41 is accurate enough to take out pop cans regularly at 20-30 feet - which isn't as good as a pneumatic like the Benjamins - but 18 shots pump-free is a nice compensation.
The C41 has a long trigger pull, but a very clear break point so you'll know when to shoot. This doesn't make for super-fast shooting (who cares?) but adds to its accuracy.
The magazine (18 BBs) is all-metal and very heavy - a nice change from the toy plastic or cheapo rubber mags that have failed me so often.
Also, inserting a CO2 canister is easy - and with no hang-down twist handle at all visible. Instead, Crosman has come up with a fine solution, common to all their recent CO2 pistols -one slides the appropriate grip to the side and inserts the canister, then slides the grip back after tightening the knob, which is inside the gun. Nice.
All in all, I rate this gun as a good value. And the best thing about it is shooting it! Really a fun gun!
