Hi to all of you in the same position as me i purchased four tickets in September for December 20th,for Miley Cyrus. I never heard anything then we tried to ring but cant get hold of them I think this company is a disgrace! Dont buy from them they are con artists and I think watchdog should be told we are owed £400 and two children are heart broken.

How could someone do such a thing and get away with it to that amount of people disgusting! "The real ticket company" more like "The fake ticket company"!!!.

I bought 3 tickets for Miley Cyrus for the 23rd Dec in Birmingham. Following my purchase of the tickets in September, I also thought that this was a fake website owing to all the bad reviews I had read since buying the tickets. To my surprise and relief, 3 tickets were hand delivered the day before the concert and they were real. We got great seats. I wanted to give others hope that sometimes you do get what you paid for from this company.

Just to let those of you who might be in the same position as me - I bought tickets back in September for Miley Cyrus on 19th December. Received a message a few weeks ago to say that they couldn't get tickets for 19th, would we accept for the 29th instead, to which we said yes. Of course, no sign of any tickets etc - I also have been trying to get in touch with someone with no joy. I will be pursuing my money with a vengeance. I bought tickets for miley cyrus back in Sep for the 19th Dec only to be told a week before that the allocation had changed to 29th Dec. I emailed 5 times and rang continuously for days. Eventually spoke to Paul Hutchins who confirmed that he would issue tickets for the 29th for the same block that I had previuosly booked. I too ordered tickets through this company in September for Hannah Montana Concert 27/12/09. They have not arrived. No one answers the "Hotline" and the only answer I have had to my emails was ambiguous. I have taken this issue to Trading Standards who have opened a case for me. They advise that I put my complaint in writing to the company stating Breach of Contract nand asking for refund within 10 days and send letter registered. In July I purchased 2 tickets from "www.therealticketcompany.co.uk" for the Miley Cyrus concert @ M.E.N. Arena on Sun 27th Dec '09. I paid over £200 in total using my VISA card. A few days after ordering, I still hadn't received a confirmation letter/email so I emailed them and they sent both a confirmation letter and email. I too like other guests writing on here have sat waiting for the tickets to arrive which I purchased for 10 year old grandaugher to see Miley Cyrus December 27th Manchester. If the owner is reading these reviews trust me I will hunt you down no matter how long it takes - remember what goes around comes around!!! I purchased 4 tickets for £350 back in June, to see Miley Cyrus on 27th December. I have spoken to 'Paul Hutchins' from the realticketcompany a number of times, each time he has assurred me that the tckets will arrive 7 days before the event, although at this stage is highly unlikely. I have already reported him to trading standards and fully intend in taking this matter further. I have today instigated County Court proceedings against [name removed] of Sportsbookings Limited, as he has stated five times that he will issue a cheque in refund of tickets never issued to us for a children's concert, but he still has our money (£700+). I would urge all others to do the same, in order to get this 'company' shut down. It is clearly fraudulent. You can claim online, go to HM County Court Service - it won't cost a lot, and the court will make a Judgement against him and an Or ...

Like all you other people I have booked Miley Cyrus tickets and guess what, they have not arrived. I was told on Friday that they would be posted out this week, as the last post date for Christmas was actually Friday I highly doubt they will arrive. The more people that comment on this company then the better chance we have of other people reading these comments and not purchasing from them. I used the Real Ticket Company in June to buy 3 Miley Cyrus tickets for 13th December. Paid £438.25!!
After reading later reviews about the Company I called to check that everything was OK. I was told everything was fine and all tickets came from trusted sources. Needless to say I was then informed on 30th November that the tickets were unavailable and I could choose a refund or have tickets for 29th December. I requested a refund and was told that this would be done to my card.

Purchased tickets from Real Tiket Company on 16th June for my kids to see Miley Cirus on 14th December only to be told on 30th November had been changeds to 29th of December which I accepted as this was a christmas present for my kids. No tickets have arrived and I can get no answer from the ticket company the line is just engaged. Be VERY VERY careful if considering buying tickets through these people. I bought Miley Cyrus ticket 6 months ago - paid £750 for 5 tickets - needless to say they didn't actually have the tickets they sold me! Several very disappointed children - this company has no scruples as they are perfectly willing to let down little children for financial gain - they've had my £750 for six months and I've got nothing except upset children! Scam company! Bought tickets for the Capital Jingle Bell Ball and never got them. Got an e-mail saying they couldn't supply the tickets 5 days prior to the event but that I'd get a full refund within 7 days. Still waiting!

Purchased tickets from Realticket solutions website and received receipt promptly. I read poor feedback on this website but decided to give them a go anyway. Received phone call from them on Tuesday saying that would receive tickets by Thursday. Another phone call on Thursday saying that they would deliver tickets personally on Friday because of postal strike (I do live reasonably local to their Harlow base). Met with guy Friday who gave us the tickets and had a great time.
