I ordered some St Tropez fake tan on 13th July and You Beauty took my payment on 15th July 09 and I have still not received the goods. I have emailed them 4 times asking for my goods or my money back and have had no reply - no one ever answers the customer service line.

I ordered a bottle of Tend Skin Lotion on 13/7/09 from You Beauty and to date have still not received it. I have phoned the "customer service" number more times than I care to count and can never get a reply. I have asked for a full refund or to be told when the goods will be delivered and have had no replies to my e mails. I am now in the process of contacting the local Trading Standards Office regarding this company. I have ordered from them before and had no problems but I will certainly neve ...

I ordered goods and got my Mastercard bill but I am still awaiting the goods. They will not respond to my e-mails but only send an automatic message saying that I will be responded to shortly. I am in the process of contacting my credit card company for advise.

Have used Beauty Expert in the past and their service is marvellous. The only reason I ordered through You Beauty.net was they were a few pounds cheaper but will pay slightly more the next time as the hassle is not worth a few pounds. ...

Ordered fake bake tri set from youbeauty.net on 30th June. Still not received the items 2 weeks later. No answer on telephone given - just rings and rings. Sent email, still awaiting reply but not holding out much hope. Unfortunately paid on debit card so can't get refund on my card.

I felt after using www.youbeauty.net I needed to warn others to be very careful of using them. I ordered some fake bake self tan and didnt receive it, after several days of trying to contact the company by telephone - the number on the site rings but never gets answered I sent two emails, the second one receive a reply but only when I told them I would be contacting my credit card company for a refund, all I recieved was a informal email telling me that the goods had been sent and were probably ...
