The website is simple and looks promising- do not be fooled. What started off as an ideal gift quickly became a nightmare. I would like to point out I made my order in the beginning of October, it is now a few days before Christmas and I have neither the ring or my money back. The customer service is ridiculous and offers no help, reassurance or anything. All I got from the countless phone conversations was 'We will be in contact tomorrow'...they never once got in contact to resolve the situation,...
