Good Points: Apartment itselfApartment contact very helpful and answered all our questionsGreat sized poolsProximity to the beach, playa cristo & port

Bad Points: no sunbeds by the pool but the apartment provides 2 lightweight ones to take downonly that we can 't visit more often!

General comments: The Riviera Andaluza complex is at the far end of Estepona close to the port. We love visiting there as it is right on the beach and within an easy, leisurely walk of the port and its bars and restaurants, there is great choice of food thai, indian, spanish, bistros etc. We have returned to the same apartment a couple of times now and its always spotless, well furnished and has wifi access (quatos.com). The pools in the complex are delightful and clean. The kids pool is a good size and the adults pool too set in really nice, gardens. The beach is a stone throw access direct access through the gardens no roads to cross whilst it is natural and quite rocky in the sea, its nice and quiet and right around the bay is a fab beach (playa cristo), great for kids with 2 beachbars that do food most of the day and massage too! This is where all the local spanish come to it can get noisy and packed so being just around the corner is nice to come home to.Estepona Port has kept its spanish charm and its Sunday market is well worth a visit too. Estepona town has some great shops including a Mango store and the seafront has a lovely promenade for long walks.Riviera Andaluza is a lovely place to unwind and a great base for exploring Estepona and the coast down to Gibraltar of up to Marbella. I would advise a car but only because there are some great places to visit nearby! We love Estepona and keep coming back so it says a lot for the standard of accommodation where we can just chill out and Estepona itself which doesn't have the pretentious nature of Marbella and Puerto Banus.
