DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Organised a party bus for my friend's hen do, were told we were able to drink on this bus, with karaoke included and 6 free bottles of bubbly. It was all lies! We had confirmation emails stating the above but they refused to acknowledge this and have now left us high and dry with less then a week to the hen do. We are taking legal action do NOT book with this company!! It's a SHAM! (read more)

I try to make booking by phone and I receive conformation that trip will cost £2000.00, in end I was charged deposit, plus £50.00 for late booking fee. In end recite come complite different and we needed to pay additional £400.00 tunel fare to Paris. I receive call from other company which said that i need to pay to them £1300.00, because they been booked true coach broker. they refused to give us back refund even they told durring booking that we can get any time back money. Buses booked for us were old, shoddy and broke down. Driver didn't know where he was going and boot wouldn't open to store wheelchairs. When I complained to them they weren't interested ands said take it up with the bus company. The pictures on the web site are not true. Do not use them. (read more)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPNY!!! We had a coach booked for my hen do to take 16 of us to Brighton. The coach was booked 6 months in advance. One the afternoon before my event we phoned to make sure that everything was ok. We were told yes it was. On the day of my hen do the coach did not arrive. Half an hour after the due time we called to find out where the coach was and were told it was not coming, and that an error had flagged up on their screen. We were all totally amazed by this and... We are a group of 14 Austrians and if our trip around Scotland in a 16 seater minibus in June runs as perfect as the support of our booking it will be an unforgettable holiday. Coachbroker.co.uk. Entered details on-line for a quote and received an e-mail later in the day to say it was ready and to phone them. The quote was not incorporated in the e-mail. I called twice and got an answer machine asking me to leave a message. No one got back. I called again and was put in a queuing system for ages and had to hang up. This happened a second time. Very disappointing service. We were told one thing over the phone before we booked but quite another from the coach company they gave the job to. Finished up being told we had to pay extra just 2 hours before the pickup time Terrible attitude from customer services. Very slow confirmation communication and receipts. All left a very bad taste in the mouth with a feeling of being mis-sold to. However, the coach companies they passed us to did a great job. We will book direct in future! (read more)

They took a wrong address when they booked me in 100% their mistake... Then when their supposely control room called me to check the address and realized the mistake they told me they need to amend the price to 4x what they initially quoted me. I told them that it was outside my budget and I wanted them to refund my deposit. They told me that deposits are not refundable and offered me a discount on my next booking. I booked a coach in January 2012 to take myself and 25 friends to the airport for my hen weekend at 4am on October 5th 2012. I called the company the day before we were due to go to ensure all was fine with the booking still. After being let down by momentum coaches a day before my booking and advising there is nothing they can do as no coaches are available. It always seems that a lot of people are quick to write a bad review but never say anything nice .. This company bent over backwards for me when being let down by another company they provided a great coach with everything on it and at a great rate. Was told three hours prior to the trip that they did not have a coach or driver available for us, despite having planned the trip in advance and having paid the deposit. This unreliable service COACH BROKER took a booking from me days in advance from when I needed the mini coach. However, on the day I organised it to take me and 13 others to a special day out they had not informed the bus service of our booking, even though they had taken a deposit and sent a conformation email. I have to say, I must say coach broker did a fab job in helping me book last minute transport when another broker/agency had let me down last minute. One of their staff (Kelly) really went out of her way to ensure all the transfers were done the way we required. I stupidly thought that the reviews below were just a few exceptions to the rule however I have just booked a coach for my wedding and in the past ten minutes the service has been so poor it is upsetting. I was quoted one pirce and clearly asked the man on the phone 'Is this the total price or do I have to pay anything on top' and he categorically told me that was the complete price. Absolute disgrace. Booked to take a group to the funeral of a close friend and colleague. Website states that they will help make this a stress-free experience (specifically funerals). Driver turned up half an hour late having got lost. Passengers had to direct him all the way- he still took the wrong turning off the M1. Thank you Coach Broker for your help in organising the coach hire for our recent summer school trip to Techniquest, Cardiff. Our school has always used the same transport company for our school trips however the firm were unable to accommodate us this year and so we had to look elsewhere, which was when we found Coach Broker. Not only were you cheaper than our usual service, the two 50-seater coaches we hired were both immaculate inside and out, the children were very impressed. Thanks again... (read more)

I wish to congratulate Coach Broker on their work this weekend in transporting our party of 78 to The Royal Albert Hall from Norwich. Our community choir performed at a special charity gala concert at the Albert Hall in London and our transport to and from the event went off without a hitch. Our double-decker coach was extremely comfortable and well equipped as requested, and there was plenty of storage under the coach for our luggage and props etc... excellent service - expect a repeat booking. Oh dear, really is terribly tragic when a company has to write 'false' reviews on these forums. Either that or somehow you made 3 customers amazingly happy on the 9th of August 2011! And I just don't think that is possible having had such an unpleasant experience with coach broker. I work in Sales and would never speak to my customers in the tone and manner that these guys do. To actually accuse a potential customer of 'lying' about having not received a call back on a quote request and then hang up on them is the pits. Really - what kind of establishment is this! Do not use this company.

Coachbroker is an absoulty awful company. Booked a coach in January for my wedding in November. I rang on the wednesday after finding out the company coachbroker had arranged for my booking no longer did jobs for coachbroker. They denined any knowledge of this, kept saying someone would call me back, never did and put me on hold for over 20 mins! Wedding coach due to pick up guests from wedding and take to reception turned up two hours early and at wrong place, despite an email confirmation from them confirming the correct time and location. Coachbrokers took two hours to sort out a replacement thus screwing up the entire day. Wife in tears. I'm absolutely livid. Four days prior to event I phoned to confirm details and check if we could leave belongings on coach. We contacted Coach Brokers 4 months before a planned trip, they agreed took the deposit and thanked us for our custom.
Then on the Thursday at 4.30pm, when we were leaving at 11am on the Friday, they called and said they were unable to source us a coach and couldn't fulfil our bookings. Stay well clear is my opinion.
Evidence can be suppleid should anyone doubt this.

They dealt with the enquiry well and it was a good price. Then the nightmare started. They called me later after I had paid to say the price had gone up. We agreed to pay half and they said they needed to take the full amount and refund me on the following day by cheque as they didnt have a credit card to book the ferry. 2 months later they will not give my money back. I booked a double deck coach from coach brokers last month, the booking was yesterday (15/02/10) and the service offered from this company was excellent.
We were called by the driver to confirm all the details, the times, drop offs etc, which I though was good communication.
Both drivers (Simon & Richie) were very helpful and really looked after my guest throughout the journey from Luton to Nottingham (and back).

Six months later and they haven't responded to my requests for a refund, despite failing to ensure the services I contracted them to undertake were carried out, so I am taking action to recuperate the money and refer them to trading standards. I contacted Coach Broker when we were let down for our school trip by another company. There were over 150 of us in total and Coach Broker were able to organise enough vehicles at very short notice. The vehicles were well-maintained and all staff we dealt with were very good with the children and made the experience very good.

Used Coach Brokers for my wedding to move 100 guests from the meeting point to the church and then to the reception.
Unfortunately on the day in the morning one of the coaches broke down en route, the company contacted my new husband and told him what had happened. Fortunately Coach Brokers were very quick to bring in a replacement vehicle and everything went ahead without a problem.
I'm just glad they didn't contact me, I was nervous enough as it was!

I contacted coach broker when I found them on the internet. On the salesperson was very good, I explained that I had 20 people to move to Alton Towers from Milton Keynes and they gave me a number of different vehicle options.
I went with the executive coach and it was very good. Fully air conditioned (which was great because it was a hot day) with very comfortable seats and a toilet.
By the end of the day we were all nackered and were looking forward to getting back to the cool comfortable...

Having read the other reviews I wish I had looked here before using Coach Broker. It seems I'm not the only person who thinks they have a terrible attitude. Hey, its about time you cleaned up your act, Coach Broker!
