I booked a coach to transport 53 customers from Plymouth to the NEC at 7.00am on Sunday 29th of November. At 5.45am I received a phone call from WT Travel of Bridgewater, the company who were 'supposed' to be supplying the coach. the coach had broken down, somewhere on the A303, they didn't have a replacement and no suggestions for me to try getting hold of a coach. You can imagine my thoughts.......
53 customers then arrived at my store expecting a day out, only to be given a cup of coffee and refunds on the tickets for the show and the coach. To date, I have not received a refund (£484.75) from WT Travel (the deposit of £74.75, paid to Coachbroker was refunded to my card).
Whilst I understand that mistakes do happen I simply cannot recommend this company as the coach operator they booked for is obviously not 'up to the job' and with the benefit of hindsight, I do not like the idea of paying coach broker a deposit and then the balance to the operator. I would not do this again.
Please also be advised that out of pocket expenses are not covered unless you insure for them - for me this included 4 members of staffs overtime, 53 cups of coffee, fresh food & drink purchased for the trip, not to mention the customers fuel costs for the wasted journey.
Be warned.

booked minibus through coachbroker for my mates to go to old trafford. worked out cheaper than several cars and the chauffeur meant we could all drink.
Guys at the call centre were good and the vehicle was also good (although struggled to find somewhere to pick us up on the return). glad we went with cochbroker rather than drive ourselves. much easier- Read Guest's review (62 words)

I contacted Coach Broker when we were let down for our school trip by another company. There were over 150 of us in total and Coach Broker were able to organise enough vehicles at very short notice. The vehicles were well-maintained and all staff we dealt with were very good with the children and made the experience very good.
Thank you Coach Broker for coming in at the last minute and making the trip happen.- Read Guest's review (74 words)

Coach Broker are a bunch of cowboys. Excellent Sales people, who will get you a good rate, but when it comes to post-sales, they are shockingly bad!
They were inflexible, and failed to call me back 5 times when I tried to change the size of my coach!!
Utterly useless - avoid avoid avoid!!!- Read Guest's review (53 words)

A truly dodgy operation!
I asked for a quotation to compare with other companies, when I contacted them to find out the price - not only were they considerably more expensive then the other quotations, when I said that the idiot working for them said "Whatever" and hung up on me!!!
Avoid like the plague!!!- Read Guest's review (55 words)

Used Coach Brokers for my wedding to move 100 guests from the meeting point to the church and then to the reception.
Unfortunately on the day in the morning one of the coaches broke down en route, the company contacted my new husband and told him what had happened. Fortunately Coach Brokers were very quick to bring in a replacement vehicle and everything went ahead without a problem.
I'm just glad they didn't contact me, I was nervous enough as it was!
So thank you for making my wedding day u ...- Read Guest's review (90 words)

I contacted coach broker when I found them on the internet. On the salesperson was very good, I explained that I had 20 people to move to Alton Towers from Milton Keynes and they gave me a number of different vehicle options.
I went with the executive coach and it was very good. Fully air conditioned (which was great because it was a hot day) with very comfortable seats and a toilet.
By the end of the day we were all nackered and were looking forward to getting back to the cool comfortable coa ...- Read michael88's review (104 words)
