    Good Points: None whatsoever.


    Bad Points: Badly organised, TERRIBLE customer service, complete rip off if you ask me! I wish we could get rid of them or sue them or something!!!!


    General comments: Mint Property Management / Pembertons Property Management are a useless company, I told them I was renting my flat out but they still sent the new parking permits to my flat address addressed to me. I didn't see it, my tenant didn't open the letter as it was addressed to me. So he didn't have a parking permit to park at the flats and his car got towed away. I, as the landlord, had to pay £590 for the tenant to get his car back and when I complained to Mint (now Pembertons) they said they were unaware I was renting the flat out!!!!
    I them showed them emails I sent prior to this which proved they were aware it was rented out to tenants (for instance I got them to send keys to my letting agents rather than to me as I was not living there) and they finally admitted it was their mistake. However they flatly refused to refund me the £590 or take it off my service charge fees.

    Absolutely useless!!!
