    I just finished closing out a question ticket with Server Intellect. I have to say I am so so impressed with the support team. These guys really know there stuff. I was really floored by the fact that I didn't have a problem but was asking server questions, and they answered the ticket in under 10 mins. Most of the time low priority stuff takes hours to get answers too with other host I have used. So when I saw the return ticket from Server Intellect I thought it was an auto reply but lo and behold it was answers! If you are really looking for a company that knows how to treat customers and answer questions quickly I would most definitely call Server Intellect and check em out.

    We are quite happy with the overall progress of our first website and hosting company. Server Intellect has been very helpful with there tech support. They even allowed our shared account to have full trust per our websites requirements. The first two places we looked at wouldn't allow us to have full trust on a shared account. Thanks to Server Intellect our site has been up and running for 7 months now.

    Last week I put in an email request for server pricing to Server Intellect. I was amazed that 10 minutes later I received a phone call with a sales rep asking me a few questions about what else I might need for the server. I took the time to present a few questions that were well above the scope of what I needed. The sales rep proceeded to get a level 3 tech on the phone and answer my questions. What a pleasant surprise to receive the answer to my questions. Most companies won't even let you t ...

    Server Intellect is one of those companies that you just love to review. After 6 months of running a dedicated server with Server Intellect I am happy to say everything is working perfect. In the 6 months time we have had a very fast network connection and the response time by the tech support team has be outstanding. All questions answered all problems resloved.
