    Good Points: Easy to get to from the motorway and good views from site. A good selection of local resorts within easy reach.


    Bad Points: Limited electrical hook ups mostly taken up by seasonal pitches.Toilet & shower facilities are truly abysmal. Adjacent industrial estate is very noisey from 6am including weekends.


    General comments: Clyst St Mary Hill Pond Bungalow is a great location for a caravan site and only a short distance from the M5 motorway junction for Exeter. It has a dog walking area and electrical hook ups. A good open environment.
