Oakridge Dressing Table

Appalling customer "service". Paid end August, part delivered September with remainder of order "coming early October". Not received. Called to be told now won't be delivered until January 2010!!! Wouldn't collect bits already delivered as I'd "signed for part delivery"!!! Funny that they're still advertising the item that's out of stock until January 2010 as being available in "3-4 weeks" !!! Trading Standards here I come.

Today, Friday, ordered same "out of stock" item through a very nice company www.godfreydiy.co.uk who are delivering to me on Monday! Now that's what I call customer service.

Shame on you furniturenet - I won't recommend you to anyone.

Lynx drawers didn't turn up, no contact waited in all day. The customer service person was the unfriendliest I'd ever come across. Couldn't care less that I'd took a day off work.

My dad always said anyone shouting about being the cheapest is desparate for your business for a reason. So wish I'd listened, a lesson to everyone your parents are usually right.

Oh and be carefull they've got more than on website with the same items for some reason just a different name.

Furniturenet are aweful - they delivered a damaged bedroom dresser that weighed over 80 kg > When I asked for a refund they claimed I dropped it - I couldn't even lift it!!! It is now a battle to get my money back, and I have a drawer unit in my hall that I can't move, I can't use, and the supplier refuses to collect it. Please don't use this company
