Excellent service - Although item not played with yet as it is a Xmas present. It was easy to assemble and looks fab.

Very impressed with the service and efficiency of WhyWoodWorks, very friendly and approachable. We were also lucky in the fact the company is local to us and they sent a man with a van that afternoon to deliver the goods at no extra cost. We will have no hesitation in recomending this firm. In fact my wife is already planning on telling all the ladies in her two NCT coffee morning circuits not to mention other mothers she know's through various playgroups and preschool meetings etc. We would not ...

Whywoodworks is the best site for home shopping I have used.
I bought a pintoy play table and 2 storage boxes. They arrived the next day with FREE delivery and are excellent quality. Too good for the kids to play on lol.
I would recommend whywoodworks to anybody looking for excellent quality, super fast free delivery and hassle free secure online shopping. This is the way shopping should be!

This is a great company, with a good product range and excellent customer service. I bought the pintoy wooden fire station, which was competitively priced, and arrived very well packaged, obviously with care taken. I live in N Ireland and often find companies will not deliver here or charge a lot to do so, especially a large item like this, but I received my order within 24 hours and the delivery charges were very reasonable. Why Wood Works gets my recommendation and I will be ordering from them ...

The website is very user friendly and it was easy to find a choice of baby walkers. Prices are very reasonable too and free delivery within UK is a bonus.I found being able to track the package delivery from despatch to delivery was helpful and reassuring.

The baby walker arrived as scheduled and I have been told our eleven month granddaughter thinks it's great. I would certainly use your company again and would recommend it to anyone looking for good quality wooden toys.

A fantastic site. I brought a Pintoy Fire Engine, at a far reduced price to any other site. I got free next day delivery, although my engine didn't arrive the next day, i contacted the 'Why Wood Works' company who apologised and tracked my order, which had been lost by the couriers. They replaced the item and it was shipped the next day and duly received. I received fantastic customer service and would not hesitate in recommending this site. Many thanks.

Excellent website, very competitive prices - especially as offered free next day delivery. I ordered my son's train set at approx midday and by 9am the next day, it was delivered to our door. Fantastic service!
Will definitely be using this company again for toys.

Great range of wooden toys from Why Wood Works - no plastic rubbish here! Free next day delivery too, which is a bonus... The toy was exactly as described and of a great quality. Our nephew loved it!

Excellant service
Placed order 2/3pm wednesday
recieved goods 11.30am thursday
quicker and easier than going to the shops
choose this item as it is made of wood and will last most other easels seem to be plastic. this will fold up neatly as space is a premium
also ordered paper that comes with easel 15mtrs at £8.90which i felt was abit pricey. good details of products on Why Wood Works site thanks.

My mum ordered some wooden building blocks for my daughters birthday. Unfortunately the box was broken in transit by Royal Mail.

I rang Why Wood Works and received such good customer service I felt prompted to write on here. The team were so concerned and helpful I couldnt fault them. They rang me to update me on the progess of the replacement and also rang later to check the replacement had arrived.

You dont often get customer service like this now and I was very impressed.

I have ordered from Why Wood Works on 4 seperate occasions and on each occasion the customer service has been excellent throughout the whole process from searching the site to delivery. I found the site very easy and uncomlicated, unlike other toy sites which are very 'busy' and confusing to use. The products recieved have been of very good quality.
