I have just received my first order off www.theitaliandeli.co.uk and i am over the moon and had to write this review. The prices are low and the range was massive. I ordered some Caputo 00 flour, San Marzano Toamtoes, Salt, Mulino Bianco biscuits, their own Pizza Dough (which was incredible by the way) and some panettone. They are the only people that sell panettone all year roung from what i can see and un-like others, the panettone had a long life until april 2010.
I have noticed 2 bad reviews for the service, so i made a point of sending an e-mail before i ordered....i got a response about 30 minutes later so then i placed the order so my mind was put at rest.
The website may not be flash, but the prices are low and the range is good so for that reason i will be ordering every month.
i did not get any replacements and delivery took 4 days. i ordered some fresh sausages and they were in a cool box which was a relief.

We are getting married in a weeks time and I ordered the Amaretti di Saronno biscuits from The Italian Deli as favours for the wedding. I placed the order at the beginning of August, but only received it a couple of days ago! This isn't the worst of it though. My order was for 3 x 900g bags of the biscuits. Item took two weeks to arrive and I had begun to think I had been scammed. Poor communication from the company and when item finally arrived an item was missing. No apology from The Italian Deli just a note scrawled onto the invoice saying item was out of stock and I was to be refunded. Very very poor and I would never order from this site again.

Fantastic. I have ordered off Nifeislife, Italianwinesandfood and Lets go Italian but no-one can rival The Italian Deli. I order once a month and delivery is to my work about 3 days later and the buffalo mozzarella is incredible.
I pay using Paypal but they also offer Google Checkout and EDPQ barclays although i am not tooo sure what EDPQ is i think it is just a payment processor.
The range is amazing, the best ever. The prices are the lowest and i find it really diffucult to fault it.
