I ordered some bed linen from curtain supermarket and it was showing as in stock on the website. 2 weeks later I was told (after e-mailing them) that this item was due to be delivered on 16/12 - why not tell me this at the time of ordering instead of saying it was in stock?!! I e-mailed again on the 21/12 asking where my order was and I was told the this time the delivery was due on the 22/12 and would be delivered to me by Xmas Eve. I was told today (23/12) that the item is out for delivery tomorrow. I have yet to see if this is going to happen, but I'm not holding my breath. I wont be using this site ever again.

We are extremely happy with the curtains bought from Curtain Supermarket. Despite the postal strike, our curtains arrived in good time. The only criticism I would make is that replies to e-mails were not forthcoming, but a telephone call soon ameliorated that situation.

Excellent service. Ordered curtains on Sunday evening. Received them on Friday, with feedback as to what stage my order was from the Sales Team throughout. Much better than my local stockist, from whom I had ordered the same curtains and was still waiting for them over 6 weeks later before I cancelled and ordered from yourselves. Will certainly use company again. Margaret Mclean

I purchased a pair of curtains on line from Curtainsupermarket in Aug'09, as I hadn't received the delivery within 3 weeks I contacted them. They told me as I live in Ireland there would be an addition charge, which I was happy to pay. It is now Oct and I have yet to received the curtains. I have contacted them by e-mail and telephone and I have heard nothing from them. I find this extremely frustrating and would never purchase anything from them again! I brought a wedding gift for my brother of a complete bed linen set of around £200. After the wedding and his honeymoon my brother wished to exchange two pillow cases for a different size. Curtain Supermarket refused and said we would have to pay but they would do this at cost price for us. When we tried to contact them repeatedly by email, mobile and landline they ignored all our requests to arrange payment and failed to honour their offer to us.
