They take your money and never reply to emails or send your goods. If they Owe you money. Contact PayPal and put in a complaint. I did took a month but got my money back. If enough of us do it they will back list them. So they can't continue to sell. (read more)

What a dreadful company to deal with . I processed an on-line order expecting delivery within the promised 48 hrs and nothing three weeks later . No e: mail confirmation , no response to my e: mails at all -total disgrace . They should not be allowed to trade on-line if this is the way they treat customers ! Firstly, the ordering system was faulty, it took my transaction 7 times amounting to almost £2k coming off my credit card. They never confirmed the order via their website nor did they send any emails. I then went on to their website to find their number and there isn't one, they selectively answer your emails and have now ignored me because the goods have not been delivered. Having read previous reviews after order placed and items missing i was worried as they were not good reviews . Saw the reviews on this site after I ordered and was a bit annoyed that I didn't check before, having said that, ordered the products, may I say the new Elizabeth Hurley ranges are amazing and have noticed that this site has been tweeted by Elizabeth Hurley herself which is why I ordered! I ordered some ready made curtains and they arrived the next day. I paid £90 for two pairs and they are very high quality. The courier arrived at 8.30am and I had ordered at just before 2pm the previous day (Monday). Pleased with this and would recommend them. (read more)

I have recently taken delivery of curtains which were of very poor quality,I now have to pay 1st class recorded delivery to return them. the person i spoke to on the phone this morning delivered zero customer service. If the man i spoke to was standing in front of me i would have slapped his face.I think i will put this experience with the curtain supermarket as one of lifes mistakes,bin the curtains and never deal with them ever ever again. Teh curtain supermarket ahave owed me £110 for 2 years and they mainly just ignore your emails or promise and never deliver.

I would like to update my review of 29th May, when I was still waiting for curtains ordered March 22nd and had no reply to two email enquiries. On June 6th I received an email starting with the exclamation''Good news!' promising delivery within 5 days. My curtains arrived two days later and were exactly as ordered. As I had been unable to track down that pattern elsewhere and needed these curtains to complete another pair, I was very pleased to get them.

WARNING!! Do NOT buy from curtainsupermarket.co.uk! Although it seems like a reputable website it is most certainly NOT - they do not deliver what they promise. The curtains appeared to be excellent value BUT since ordering them in March I have had no communication from the company, except to confirm that the order had been received, no response to my email enquiry and no curtains. Seen the feedback on here and I have no idea what people are talking about - it says 21 days for delivery and I got my stuff within 7 working days. Im happy with the level of service the value and my goods were brand new much cheaper than the high street.

I'm suprised by these poor reviews. I got my stuff within four days, two pairs of curtains and they were cheaper than anywhere else.
I got an emailing with my tracking number. It does say allow upto 21 days for delivery though so was suprised to get my stuff so quickly. Gets a good review from me!

Cheaper than anywhere else but slow at delivering the goods and good luck trying to return anything. I've been waiting for over a month for them to respond to any of my emails or phone calls. It says on their site you must contact them for a return address but I can't get the return address because they won't respond to me. Very frustrating. I have had the same experience as some of the other reviewers.
I ordered a quilt set 3 weeks ago and when I had no notification from them, I emailed twice and rang twice (answerphone) They did not reply. It seems strange that they were able to debit my account straight away but haven't time to reply!

They are uncontactable! Don't deliver when they say they will. Don't reply to e-mail's and don't return telephone messages. However they have been very quick to debit my account! I to have had problems with this company. Ordered bedding set on 13th January. Had email on 19th Jan confirming order being processed. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company either by email or telephone I had no returned contact. They claim they will respond within 24 hours. I ordered my stuff and had it within four days. I got an email to say they were processing my order, then one to say it had been dispatched with a tracking number from parcelforce. I have been trying to get in touch with this company for a week. They have not replied to any of my phone messages or my emails; there is never anyone available on the phonelines and the system goes straight to messages.It has cost me over £10 to return the item.
