What a dreadful company to deal with . I processed an on-line order expecting delivery within the promised 48 hrs and nothing three weeks later . Firstly, the ordering system was faulty, it took my transaction 7 times amounting to almost £2k coming off my credit card. They never confirmed the order via their website nor did they send any emails. I then went on to their website to find their number and there isn't one, they selectively answer your emails and have now ignored me because the goods have not been delivered. I have recently taken delivery of curtains which were of very poor quality,I now have to pay 1st class recorded delivery to return them. the person i spoke to on the phone this morning delivered zero customer service. If the man i spoke to was standing in front of me i would have slapped his face.I think i will put this experience with the curtain supermarket as one of lifes mistakes,bin the curtains and never deal with them ever ever again.
