Do not use this company! They are not even registered! I placed on order on the 23 May and still no goods. Sent two emails and no response! There is no telephone number either! Got direct enquiries to check against their returns address. Very suspicious indeed. Avoid them like the plague!

i have been trying to get a refund for goods returned, to no avail. Have sent 4 messages and telephoned the mobile number my daughter was given, the man said he doesn't work for them anymore! Do not use them!!!!

Bought some beddings few weeks ago. Sent emails after emails and no items received and no replies from them. I am trying to get my money back through paypal now. Never ever shop from them. What a nightmare!!

They take your money and never reply to emails or send your goods. If they Owe you money. Contact PayPal and put in a complaint. I did took a month but got my money back. If enough of us do it they will back list them. So they can't continue to sell.

What a dreadful company to deal with . I processed an on-line order expecting delivery within the promised 48 hrs and nothing three weeks later . No e: mail confirmation , no response to my e: mails at all -total disgrace . They should not be allowed to trade on-line if this is the way they treat customers ! I ordered some Elizabeth Hurley bedding and was delighted with the price and the offer to sign up for an additional 10 per cent first time buyer discount.. Where is my order please ? You should not promise what you cannot deliver and if you cannot deliver on time you should have the grace to let people know and to answer their queries . They took the money from my card immediately though !

Firstly, the ordering system was faulty, it took my transaction 7 times amounting to almost £2k coming off my credit card. They never confirmed the order via their website nor did they send any emails. I then went on to their website to find their number and there isn't one, they selectively answer your emails and have now ignored me because the goods have not been delivered. They did refund the transaction 6 times but I didn't receive the goods so I cancelled the 7th transaction. They said they would send the refund within 5 working days and this hasn't happened so they now ignore my emails. Mastercard are now chasing them for the money - not sure how any company can operate this way, absolute joke.

I discovered your company whilst browsing the web for bedding for our new bedroom. I can't tell you how pleased I am to have discovered this little gem. a wonderful selection of items at competitive prices. free delivery within a couple of days from ordering is an added bonus, and when one of the items I ordered was out of stock they couldn't have been more helpful, my e mails were answered within an hour. well done for a brilliant service, carry on the good work.

Order placed and email received items delivered within 48 hrs , 2 items missing email sent as no direct contact number , replies received with updates and out of stock items received within 72 hrs . Having read previous reviews after order placed and items missing i was worried as they were not good reviews . However I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with there quick delivery and reply to emails , and very happy with the products .

Saw the reviews on this site after I ordered and was a bit annoyed that I didn't check before, having said that, ordered the products, may I say the new Elizabeth Hurley ranges are amazing and have noticed that this site has been tweeted by Elizabeth Hurley herself which is why I ordered! Ordered at about 11am on a Tuesday got my order on Wednesday at 1pm, what more could you ask for? Now I need to find the money to decorate the rest of my room!

I ordered some ready made curtains and they arrived the next day. I paid £90 for two pairs and they are very high quality. The courier arrived at 8.30am and I had ordered at just before 2pm the previous day (Monday). Pleased with this and would recommend them.

placed an order and they took the money next day, received an email saying I would receive dispatch confirmation and a tracking number, I'm still waiting...... They ignore my emails and you can't telephone them as no number is published. Look out for the closing down sale........

they do not publish telephone number and if you return any item you do not get refund, no answer to e-mails sent enquiring about refund

I have recently taken delivery of curtains which were of very poor quality,I now have to pay 1st class recorded delivery to return them. the person i spoke to on the phone this morning delivered zero customer service. If the man i spoke to was standing in front of me i would have slapped his face.I think i will put this experience with the curtain supermarket as one of lifes mistakes,bin the curtains and never deal with them ever ever again. I STRONGLY ADVISE ANY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS MICKEY MOUSE COMPANY I WOULD RATHER PAY MORE MONEY AND DEAL WITH A "REPUTABLE COMPANY" RANT OVER. PAM LIVERPOOL.

Couldnt fault these guys! After a little hiccup when trying to get my order on line... I've had so much contact with the guys - from start to finish its been great! I'm over the moon with my order! Hi, same thing with me. Placed an order in Febuary and still nothing. e-mailed them continously - no reply. have contacted my bank today and got my money back through VISA.
