    I had the corporate debt. decide that they were gonna close my account becuz of 3 bounced checks. Of course I had intentions of paying them. I called to ask them to keep the account open because my tax return will be direct deposited soon. The answer was no, they didn't even want to keep my account open if I paid the money owed. So I had to wait 3 extra weeks to get my return sent to my address, but then they reopened my account to keep my boyfriend's $4500.00 check; which was also a direct deposit. I finally went to the Berlin, CT branch and they refused to give me the cash and told me a check would come within 15 days and there was nothing she could do. They did apologize and admitted that they were wrong and should have not reopened my account. I went to different branch and got my money in 10 minutes. It's my money. Why did they hold it for 15 days already without notifying me. This process would have took much longer if I wasn't callin
