We have had our small business account open for about four months and are still holding our deposits. We can't operate that way. We went in to see the manager and they couldn't or wouldn't help us out. We are looking for a new bank TODAY! (read more)

I've had some accounts with Bank of America for long time but this bank don't look for help my small business. I hate it and I going to close my accounts with them and look for another bank. (read more)

“They can't get addresses correct--checks always need...”

They can't get addresses correct--checks always need to be redone. They require a lot of in-person visits and can't do stuff over the phone. They try to handle stuff centrally and nothing gets done! (read more)

I had the corporate debt. decide that they were gonna close my account becuz of 3 bounced checks. Of course I had intentions of paying them. I called to ask them to keep the account open because my tax return will be direct deposited soon. The answer was no, they didn't even want to keep my account open if I paid the money owed. So I had to wait 3 extra weeks to get my return sent to my address, but then they reopened my account to keep my boyfriend's $4500.00 check; which was also a direct... (read more)
