    La Vaca Paca is located in central Barcelona, two minutes from Plaza Cataluna Tube station. It is a buffet offering European and traditional Spanish food. In 2008 when I visited the restaurant it was 9 euros per person and you eat as much as you like, cheap, excellent quality and very delicious food, clean and tidy venue, excellent location. Definitely recommend it, a must-visit
